(Prior art and its problems) When peeling the endocarp of citrus fruits, the endocarp is separated one by one after the exocarp is removed, and then the endocarp (sac) is formed by acid and alkali treatment. The only way to put it on the market was to remove the pectin by dissolving it, and then putting it in cans or bottles with the syrup.

However, it has been found that removing the endocarp through chemical treatment impairs the original taste of the fruit and has a negative effect on the human body, and it has been pointed out that the endocarp should be physically removed. ing.

Manually removing the endocarp involves cutting the central part of the medial malleolus with a knife and then peeling off the skin on the side of the medial malleolus, but this method is extremely inefficient. In addition to being sanitary, there is also the disadvantage that the meat falls apart and loses its commercial value.

Next, when the center side of the medial malleolus is cut in a straight line along the edge, the skin on both sides of the medial malleolus becomes independent and can be easily peeled off from the center side.
The skin can be removed while preserving the shape of the inner malleolus.

(Effects of the present invention) Since the shape-retaining ability can be maintained until the final step of shedding the medial malleolus, there is an advantage that the medial malleolus can be smoothly shedding. Since the outer edge of the medial malleolus is excised in an arc shape, it can be molted even if it is divided into appropriate sizes with the outer skin still attached. Moreover, it is hygienic, the outflow of fruit juice can be minimized, and the fruit pulp has the advantage of being good in taste.

-Second to Sixth Inventions- (Technical Means) The second to sixth inventions all relate to a method of cutting the outer edge of the medial malleolus, and the technical means thereof is to provide a cutting edge on the distal edge. The provided cylindrical body is rotated, and the medial malleolus is advanced into the inner side of the cylindrical body, and the outer edge of the medial malleolus is cut into an arc shape (Claim 2).

Methods for cutting the outer edge of the medial malleolus into an arc shape include: a method in which an endless running body equipped with a center-side holding means and a side-side supporting means for the medial malleolus is passed through the cylindrical body (claim 3); There is a method (Claim 4) in which a support table, in which the medial malleolus is placed vertically and the medial malleolus is placed horizontally, is introduced into the cylindrical body.

When the medial malleolus is placed along the side support means of the endless running body and its center side is held by the holding means, the medial malleolus is supported by the endless running body in an upright or inclined state, and in that state it is continuously moved inside the cylindrical body. Since it is passed through, there is an effect that the outer edge of the medial malleolus is cut smoothly and continuously (Claim 3).

If the cylindrical body is arranged vertically and the support base with the medial malleolus placed horizontally is relatively advanced into the cylindrical body, the medial malleolus will not be placed in an upright or inclined state.
The outer edge of the medial malleolus can be smoothly cut by the rotating cutting blade (Claim 4).

Since the outer edge of the medial malleolus is cut, there is no need to peel off the outer skin and process each bag individually, and the medial malleolus can be cut into appropriate sizes with the skin on and processed.
The integument will be excised along with the lateral edge of the medial malleolus.

The holding means has the function of holding the center side of the medial malleolus, but since its tip is formed into a saw blade shape, when the holding means is moved forward, the center side of the medial malleolus is cut off. That will happen.

Depending on the forward width of the saw blade, the holding means may cut only the skin on the near side of the center of the medial malleolus, or may cut both the skin on the near side and the skin on the supporting means side. In any case, since this is performed after cutting the outer edge of the medial malleolus, there is an advantage that damage to the flesh and outflow of fruit juice can be minimized (claim 5).

When the endless running body is run in a concave shape, the holding means supported by the endless running body and the side support means are forced to approach each other, the holding means is tilted toward the supporting means, and the supported center of the medial malleolus is held. The saw blade of the device will cut through the center of the medial malleolus.

Therefore, there is an advantage that all cutting of the medial malleolus is automatically performed during transportation, and that the medial malleolus itself is kept sanitary without manual contact (Claim 6).

Although the cutting blade 12 is shown as having a flat blade surface in the drawing, it can also be formed in a wavy or serrated shape. The front and rear ends of the chain 1 are fixed to the frame 31 by support members 14, 14, and the chain 1 is connected to the cutting blade 12.

In front of the cutting blade 12, rotary blades 15 are arranged facing each other on the left and right sides of the chain 1 (only the front side is visible in FIG. 1). This rotary blade 15 rotates in an inclined state with a large distance between the upper sides facing each other, and cuts both sides of the lower end of the medial malleolus m obliquely (see dashed lines b and b in FIG. 5).

The chain 1 engages with the sprocket 16 after passing through the rotary blade 15. This sprocket 16

The connecting rods 23 are on the same circumference,
They are arranged at the same spacing as the spacing between the supports 6, 6, and when the rollers 21 rotate in the direction of the arrow at the same speed as the chain 1, each connecting rod 23 presses the front part of the support plate downward.

Therefore, when the roller 21 is rotated in the direction of the arrow at the same speed as the chain 1, the connecting rod 23 causes the chain 1 to be deeply bent, and the support body 6 is moved toward the inclined plate 4.
It is tilted to the side, and the saw blade 7 is advanced toward the inclined plate 4 to push through the central part of the medial malleolus m (see the two-dot chain line c in FIG. 5).

After that, chain 1 moves forward and sprocket 2
The inclined plate 4 and the support plate 6 separate at a point q where they are reversed on the outside, but the medial malleolus m whose periphery has been cut falls here in a state where the endocarp can be easily peeled off.

In the above embodiment, the outer edge of the medial malleolus m is cut into an arc shape and then the center part is cut, but only the endocarp in front of the center of the medial malleolus, that is, on the side of the support 6, is cut by the support. It is also possible to cut the medial malleolus and then cut the lateral edge of the medial malleolus.

Furthermore, the rotary blade 15 is used to cut diagonally the left and right ends on the center side of the medial malleolus m, but this is done in order to make it continuous with the cut on the center side of the endocarp to facilitate peeling. In addition to cutting in an inclined state, it can also be cut horizontally, and when the cutting line on the outer edge of the medial malleolus m and the cutting line on the center side are sufficiently close to each other, a rotary blade is used. 15 is not necessary.
