Water-absorbing and water-insoluble material made by partially cross-linking water-soluble resin.
The present invention relates to a dew condensation prevention method characterized by interposing a sheet containing a water-retaining resin inside a rice cooker and a container.

であり、その結露防止方法が望まれていた。 The warmer the rice, the more this condensation occurs, so it is especially common when the rice is already cooked. Excessive condensation water adheres to the lid of the rice cooker and falls onto the rice, making the rice watery and often resulting in a loss of taste. be. In addition, when the lid is opened, condensed water spills onto the table, clothes get wet, and other mishandling is common. In addition, in the case of bento boxes, etc., condensed water often falls onto side dishes, resulting in a loss of taste for both rice and side dishes.Condensation has long been a problem, and a method to prevent condensation is desired. It was rare.

である。 Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional water-absorbing sheet by using a water-absorbing resin alone or a mixture of a water-absorbing resin and a porous inorganic powder as an intermediate layer of a laminate that is a breathable layer on at least one side. This problem was solved by interposing the water vapor in the rice cooker and container to absorb and remove the water vapor generated from the rice as water.
以下、本発明を詳細に述べる。 The present invention will be described in detail below.

This structure includes a water-absorbing resin layer made of a mixture with powder.

Hydrolysates of graft polymers, partially crosslinked starch-poly(meth)acrylic acid copolymers, partially crosslinked starch-polymethyl methacrylate hydrolysates, starch-graft polymers, Alternatively, crosslinked synthetic resins such as a hydrolyzate of methyl methacrylate-vinyl acetate copolymer may be mentioned.

数gの使用量で十分目的は達せられる。 Since the moisture-absorbing sheet has a water-absorbing resin in the middle layer, its water absorption and water retention properties differ depending on the amount of water-absorbing resin, but generally water-absorbing resin has a water absorption capacity of several hundred to 1,000 times its own weight. Therefore, in order to prevent condensation on rice cookers and containers, it is not necessary to use a large amount of water-absorbing resin, and a few grams per square meter of water-absorbing sheet is enough to achieve the purpose.

で良い。 Currently, electric rice cookers and the like are often used not only to cook rice, but also to keep it warm afterwards. Furthermore, when rice is cooked in a gas pot, pot, etc., it is common to transfer the rice to another heat insulator or the like and store it as a refill. In either case, all you need to do is place the moisture-absorbing sheet with the breathable layer facing downward inside the lid of the rice cooker or warmer.

The purpose of preventing condensation can be sufficiently achieved by providing a concave structure at the joint between the lid and the body, and setting the edge of the moisture-absorbing sheet in this structure, so that the lid and moisture-absorbing sheet are used as one unit. .

の不手際が完全に解消された。 As explained above, when a rice cooker and a container are interposed with a moisture absorbing sheet consisting of a water absorbent resin layer as an intermediate layer and a breathable layer on at least one side, the moisture absorbing sheet completely absorbs water vapor from the rice and uses it as moisture. It absorbs and retains water, completely preventing condensation on the inner surface of the lid, and completely eliminating clumsiness in handling caused by condensation when the lid is opened.

Approximately 15g of water vapor generated from the rice condensed as water droplets, and some of it spilled out and stained the tabletop, but in the method of the present invention using a moisture-absorbing sheet, the moisture-absorbing sheet absorbs and retains the condensed water. There was no mistake when opening the lid.
