In buildings and other structures that have living or commercial spaces underground, gray water generated within the building is generally collected by gravity into a drainage tank installed in the deepest part of the building, and then released to the public using a drainage pump. Drained into the sewer. This is because building drainage tanks are located lower than public sewer systems.
Of course, if the waste water inside the building can be drained directly to the public sewer system, there is no need to provide a building drainage tank or storage tank.

Gray water generated within the building flows into these building drainage tanks and is stored there, so when organic matter flows in with the wastewater and is stored in the tank, it often rots anaerobically and produces a foul odor. be. For this reason, attempts have been made to install a blower to forcibly exhaust the malodorous components generated from the drainage tank into the atmosphere, but as a result of fluctuations in the liquid level due to the amount of inflow and discharge water, the piston effect of the liquid level causes the blower to The excretion function was inhibited, and the drug could not produce sufficient effects.

A stirring blade driven by a submersible motor is installed in the draft tube at the bottom of the building drainage tank, and an air blowing pipe is provided at the tip of the stirring blade to blow water into the liquid. Air is sucked in through the blowing pipe using the negative pressure generated, and the scum floating near the liquid surface is forced to flow into the draft tube, and the vanes crush the scum and at the same time stir and aerate the waste water.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a drainage tank provided on the lowest floor of a building to have a required volume, and an aeration device 3 is installed at a desired position on the bottom 2 of this drainage tank 1. This aeration device 3 includes a submersible motor (or hydraulic motor) 4,
It consists of a stirring shaft 5a, a stirring blade 5b, a draft tube 6, and an air blowing tube 7. The submersible motor 4 is fixed to the bottom of the tank, and the upper end 6a of the submersible motor 4 is expanded in a trundle shape, and the lower part 6b is integrally provided with a draft tube 6 bent in an L-shape along the bottom of the tank. A stirring blade 5 driven by the motor is provided inside the tube. An air blowing pipe 7 is provided protruding from this draft tube 6. The upper end of this air blowing pipe 7 is a pipe having a diameter such that it is always open to the atmosphere even when the water level fluctuates, and the required amount of air is blown into the liquid. It is positioned within a negative pressure zone generated in the liquid by the rotation of the stirring blade 7.

In the apparatus configured as described above, when the submersible motor 4 is driven, the stirring blade 5b attached to the drive shaft rotates to stir the waste water in the tank. This generates negative pressure in the liquid at the tip of the blade.
At this negative pressure, air is blown into the liquid from the atmosphere through the air blowing pipe 7, mixed with the stirring flow of the liquid in the draft tube, and pushed out toward the front of the draft tube. By blowing air into the liquid, aerobic fermentation of organic matter in the waste water is promoted. This prevents anaerobic fermentation and suppresses the generation of bad odors. Furthermore, since the upper opening surface of the draft tube 6 is located upward below the liquid surface, the scum 8 floating near the liquid surface is absorbed into the draft tube along with the waste water flowing into the draft tube by the drive of the stirring blade. and is crushed by the stirring blade. Therefore, the aeration device installed underwater simultaneously performs stirring and aeration in the drainage tank, as well as crushing the floating scum.

According to the present invention, a stirring blade is provided in a draft tube disposed in a building drainage tank so as to be submerged in water, and air is introduced into the negative pressure in the liquid generated by driving the stirring blade. Since an air blowing pipe is provided, air is naturally blown into the liquid by driving the stirring blade, allowing desired stirring and aeration to be performed and preventing the generation of bad odors. Further, since the upper opening of the draft tube is directed upward below the liquid level, there is an advantage that scum floating near the liquid level can be sucked in and crushed by the blades.
