To assemble the terminal portion 7, as shown in the figure, the terminal pattern portion 75 portion of the flexible printed circuit board 71 is attached onto the elongated projection portion 82.
This attachment method involves inserting the protrusion 83 on the base 81 into the hole 77 of the flexible printed circuit board 71, and heat-crimping the tip of the protrusion 83. As a result, the terminal pattern portion 75 of the flexible printed circuit board 71 is stretched over the elongated protrusion 82 . Furthermore, the terminal pattern section 76 at the other end of the flexible printed circuit board 71
As shown in the figure, it is soldered to a predetermined conductive pattern 87 on a substrate 86. 88 indicates solder.

Here, since the elastic member 47 is attached to the terminal part 3 side, even if the terminal part 3 and the terminal part 7 come into contact with each other under pressure, the surface of the terminal part 3 is deformed by the elastic member 47. Therefore, there is almost no wear on the contact portion between the terminal portion 3 and the terminal portion 7.

Note that when the length of the elastic member 47 is long as in this embodiment, undulations may occur on its surface. At this time, if the notch 48 is not provided on the surface of the elastic member 47, the conductive pattern 3 located on the portion recessed by the undulations
3 may cause a connection failure between the conductive pattern 73 and the opposite conductive pattern 73. However, in the present invention, since the notch 48 is provided on the surface of the elastic member 47, even if the elastic member 47
Even if there are undulations on the surface, the plurality of conductive patterns 33 of the terminal portion 3 and the plurality of conductive patterns 73 of the terminal portion 7 are independently and reliably pressed and connected.

Although one embodiment of the terminal structure of an electronic device according to the present invention has been described above in detail, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the elastic member 47 does not necessarily need to be provided on the terminal portion 3 side, The elastic member 47 may be provided on the terminal portion 7 side, or may be provided on both terminal portions 3 and 7. Further, the terminal portion 7 does not necessarily have to be a long member with a convex cross section, but a conductive pattern may be formed directly on the substrate 86, and this conductive pattern itself may be connected to the terminal portion 3 as a terminal portion on the operating unit 500 side. Various modifications are possible.
In other words, at least one of the terminal parts is constructed by fixing an elastic member on a long member and attaching a flexible printed circuit board having a conductive pattern formed on a flexible insulating film onto the elastic member. It can be anything.
