The core mold and the cavity mold are arranged so that they can be opened, and a core side molding surface and a cavity side molding surface are respectively formed on opposing surfaces of the core mold and the cavity mold, and when the mold is clamped, the core side molding surface and the cavity side A product molding section is formed between the molding surface, and a base material gate into which a fluidized resin or rubber base material is injected is opened in the product molding section, and the core side molding surface and the cavity side A colored part is formed on one or both of the molding surfaces and forms a colored surface of the molded product, and the surface of the colored part is formed so that it can elastically invade into the mold. The method is characterized in that the coloring material gate connected to the coloring material injection device is opened. Note that the above-mentioned coloring material refers not only to paint but also to general materials for coloring, such as a resin whose color is different from that of the base material.

Note that the injection pressure at this time is higher than the pressure when injecting the base material. Then, since the surface of the colored part is formed so that it can elastically invaginate against the mold, the surface of the colored part invaginates due to the injection pressure of the coloring material, and the surface of the colored part and the to-be-colored part are separated. A gap is created between the surface and the coloring material is injected into this gap.

Compared to the case of mechanically invaginating, the structure can be extremely simplified, and as a result, it is easy to incorporate and attach to the core and cavity mold, and is highly versatile.
