るようにしたボルト類の割りピン穴加工方法を提

の拘束固定したネジ下径部分に拘束治具を貫通し
てボルト軸に直交する方向から内径が割りピン穴
程度で且つ外径が割りピン穴の1.5〜2倍となる
円筒状の押え治具を押圧してボルト下径部分の割
りピン穴加工部分を加圧変形し、続いて押え治具
を通して打抜きパンチをネジ下径部分に打ち込ん
で割りピン穴を打抜き加工するようにしたもので
