緩やかに挿入すると共に、套管の蓋部分下面に回
転止めを設け、送りねじには通常は回転止めの下
方に外れ、持ち上げと共に前記回転止めに係合す
る係合部材を設け、送りねじの操作軸を套管上で
把持して不動杆などを吊り下げるとき係合部材を
回転止めに係合して不動杆などの角度を回転を拘
束して該回転を生じないようにすることを特徴と
する地下敷設管路用気密栓装置に係るものであ
る。

合して不動杆などの回転を拘束し一定の角度に固
定することを特徴とする構成になり操作軸により
不動杆等を水平にして地上から吊下げ、自重によ
