Next, in FIG. 3, reference numeral 3a indicates the knotter switch 3d is pressed by the protrusion of the building guide which is under pressure due to the knotter building 1 being opened due to a bundling mistake, and the knotter switch 3d is pressed until this pressure is released. This lamp 3a is a lamp that keeps on.
is constructed so that it lights up only at the moment when the notter switch 3d is pressed by the bill guide 2 and protrudes while the notter bill 1 is being driven normally. Reference numbers 3c, 3d, and 3h are normally open contacts, and when the building guide 2 that is pressed by the rotating building 1 protrudes to a predetermined position due to this pressure, it is a notch switch (limit switch) that is activated by the pressure, and 3g is a relay. Normally open contact of drive part R3f, 3
i is a normally open time limit operation contact (not shown) (terminal number 1-
5), and is configured such that when the normally open time limit operation contact (not shown) is closed, a base current flows, the transistor 3j becomes conductive, and the relay drive section R3f is excited. 3j is a transistor that performs a switching operation.

In performing the bundling work, the grain stalks sent into the grain stalk passageway 13 are first pulled in by the packer 9 and pressed between them and the T projections 15. The T projection 15 senses the pressure and swings slightly, and the binding operation is started by actuation of a clutch (not shown). The needle 5 rotates at the start of the tying operation, and the tying cord 27 held at the tip is wound around the grain culm. The binding cord 27 wound around the grain culm passes through the knotter building 1 and is fed into the binding cord holder 6. Subsequently, the knotter bill 1 is rotated by the bill guide 2 and operates to bind the grain culms with the binding cord 27. When the knotter building 1 is rotated by the building guide 2 and the two binding cords 27 are wound around the movable piece 1a and the fixed piece 1b of the knotter building 1, the locking portion 1c of the movable piece 1a
comes into contact with the cam portion 1d, the movable piece 1a becomes open, and continues to rotate with the two binding strings 27 locked, entering the process of forming a knot of the binding strings 27 with the building 1. When the knotter bill 1 enters the process of forming a knot of the binding string 27, the binding string 27 wrapped around the building 1 presses the movable piece 1a, so that the knotter bill 1 becomes in a closed state and securely clamps the binding string 27. When the knot of the binding string 27 is completely formed, the knotterbill 1 performs a backward operation by the operation of a handling device (not shown) to move the knotted portion and loosen it, and the movable piece 1a becomes open. Subsequently, the locking of the T-protrusion 15 becomes free, and the discharge rod (not shown) operates to press the bundled grain culm. The pressed bundled grain culm is T protrusion 1
5 is pushed out of the machine and the series of binding operations is completed.

The operations described above are for the case where Notter Building 1 is operating normally without making any bundling errors. If the knotter bill 1 is operating normally as described above, the bill guide 2 is pressed by the rotation of the knotter bill 1 and protrudes to a position where it presses the knotter switches 3c, 3d, and 3h provided in the bundling error detection sensor 3. Although the lamp 3a lights up momentarily, the alarm buzzer 3b of the alarm device is not activated (see FIG. 3 below). That is, when the building guide 2 momentarily presses the notch switches 3c, 3d, and 3h, the notch switch 3d closes, and the lamp 3a is turned on only at that moment. However, even if the notuta switch 3h closes momentarily, if the 3h does not remain closed for a predetermined period of time, the IC will fail.
Since the normally open contact (not shown) of the timer 3i does not close, the transistor 3j does not conduct.

Therefore, since the normally open contact 3g is not closed, the alarm buzzer 3a is not activated. However, if the knotter building 1 makes a mistake in tying, the tying string 27 supplied from the needle 5 will wrap around the building 1 and move the movable piece 1a.
The locking portion 1c comes into contact with the cam portion 1d, and the movable piece 1a is in an open state. In addition, tie string 2 is attached to this building 1.
7 winds around, the building guide 2 is compressed and remains protruding, unable to return to its original position. When the building guide 2 is in the above-mentioned state and the nota switches 3c, 3d, and 3h are pressed for a predetermined period of time or more, the lamp 3a, which had been blinking until then, is turned on, and the base current applied via the IC timer 3i turns on the transistor 3j. is conductive. When the transistor 3j becomes conductive, the relay drive section R
Since the contact 3f is energized and the normally open contact 3g is closed, the alarm buzzer 3b is activated to issue an alarm. The driving of the alarm buzzer 3b continues until the knotter bill 1 is released from the bundling error, and the bill guide 2 is released from protruding due to this release, and the knotter switches 3c, 3d, and 3h are opened.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the abnormal string wrapped around the Notterbill itself does not press the sensing body, but the string caught between the fixed piece and the movable piece of the Notterbill causes the Notterbill to move. This is an indirect way to detect an abnormality in which the notter building is no longer closed, and when the knotter building is wrapped around the knotter building and the notter building is in an open state, the rotational drive is stopped and the alarm device is activated by pressing the building guide for a predetermined period of time. Therefore, the alarm device will not be activated by the momentary protrusion of the building guide that rotates the Notter Building. Therefore, the operator can engage in other work (for example, operating a combine harvester) with peace of mind without receiving a false alarm of a bundling error every time the bill guide protrudes. In addition, if a bundling mistake occurs, the alarm device is activated, so the operator can take immediate action even if he or she is engaged in other work, making it possible to prevent double or triple bundling mistakes from occurring. It has a certain effect.
