プ等をパツクする用に供するケースの製造方法に

欠陥を有していた。

面に捲り返して貼り付けたのち当該芯版のうら面
におもて面に軟質の熱可塑性合成樹脂製薄膜をコ
ーテイングした裏張紙を配して芯版のうら面と裏
張紙のうら面とを貼り合せ且つ裏張紙の外周縁部
分を上記した化粧紙の外周縁部分に載せた状態で
貼り付けることによつて表版を構成し、またこれ
と別個に硬質の熱可塑性合成樹脂薄板に圧絞成形
を施して下縁に外向フランジを一体に有する皿形
状のケース本体を構成し、このケース本体を上記
の表版のうら面に載置すると共に外向フランジを
表版のうら面にウエルダーにより熔着することを

上記の欠陥の全てを解決しようとするものであ

貼り合せると共に化粧紙の外周縁部分を芯版のう
ら面に捲り返して貼り付けたのち当該芯版のうら
面におもて面に軟質の熱可塑性合成樹脂製薄膜を
コーテイングした裏張紙を配して芯版のうら面と
裏張紙のうらめとを貼り合せ且つ裏張紙の外周縁
部分を上記した化粧紙の外周縁部分に載せた状態
で貼り付けることによつて得るようにしたので紙
製調のものの製造に適し体裁のよい防水性および
丈夫さに優れた製品の製造を可能とするものであ
り、更に全表面が熱可塑性合成樹脂薄膜によりコ
ーテイングされている表版に熱可塑性硬質合成樹
脂薄板に圧絞成形を施して構成されたケース本体
をウエルダーにより止着するようにしたので表版
に対するケース本体の止着が簡単且つ容易である
のみならず当該止着は極めて確固とみなられる等
の優れた効果を奏するものである。
