It cannot be used, and even when containing powder or granules, it has low stability and is prone to tipping over. In addition, the bottom of the container is often placed in direct contact with the ground or floor, making it easy to get dirty and unhygienic.

を添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。 Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problem, and its purpose is to suspend a flexible bag between bendable supports attached to a pedestal, and to attach the flexible bag to the pedestal. To provide a container device which can easily fold a bag in an attractive manner by following the folding operation of the bag. That is, the above object of the present invention is to erect pillars at each of the four corners of the pedestal,
A container device body in which a flexible bag body is suspended on the pedestal via the above-mentioned support, and the above-mentioned support is a joint between the upper, middle, and lower pillars that can be bent to each other at joints. At the same time, the lower ends of the lower columns are bendably attached to joints fixed to the four corners of the pedestal, and adjacent upper columns are connected to each other by the upper transverse rods, and the middle Adjacent joints of the column and the lower column are connected to each other by lower cross bars, and the upper side of the bag body is attached to the upper cross rod, and the upper side of the bag body is attached to the upper cross rod. The pair of opposite lower horizontal bars are removably attached to the joints on which the lower horizontal bars are horizontally suspended, while the internal parts of the joints fixed to the four corners of the frame are fixed to the four corners of the frame. When the frame is suspended, a push-up element whose lower end slightly protrudes from the bottom surface of the frame is attached so that it can be raised and lowered, and when the push-up element moves upward, the lower end of the lower column This is achieved by a collapsible container device having an inclined upper end surface that can be pressed against, an embodiment of which will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2b and 2c are bendably connected to each other by joints 3, 4, and 5, which will be described later. Upper column 2a
Adjacent ones are connected to each other by upper horizontal rods 6, and a bag body 7 made of a flexible sheet such as a tarpaulin sheet is suspended from these upper horizontal rods 6. That is, sleeve-shaped hanging parts 8 are adhered to the four upper sides of the bag 7, and the bag 7 is suspended by inserting these hanging parts 8 into the upper horizontal rods 6, respectively. In addition, pressing rods 9 bent into a substantially U-shape are provided on one set of two opposing surfaces of the bag body 7, and these pressing rods 9 are located below the upper horizontal rod 6. It is rotatably suspended horizontally between the left and right upper columns 2a in a state where it is positioned at , and 9a is its supporting end.

, those adjacent ones are lower horizontal rods 11
The lower horizontal rods 11, which are connected horizontally to the pressing rod 9 side of the lower horizontal rods 11, are detachably attached to the joint portion 4. The upper horizontal rod 6 and the lower horizontal rod 11 function as tension members that hold the four pillars 2 so that they can be raised and lowered. Note that hanging parts 8' similar to the hanging parts 8 are adhered to the lower sides of the four sides of the bag body 7, if necessary, and these hanging parts 8' are inserted into the lower horizontal rods 11.

線の状態)。 First, the joint 3 between the upper column 2a and the middle column 2b is a U-shaped metal fitting whose cross section is opened inward (the open surface is 3a). The lower end of the body 2a and the upper end of the middle column are fitted together, and the middle column 2b is mounted on a shaft (using bolts, etc.) 12 so that it can rotate relative to the upper column 2a fixed to the joint 3. has been done. In addition, the middle column body 2b
The joint part 4 between the lower column body 2c and the lower column body 2c is a metal fitting with a U-shaped cross section that opens outward (the open surface is 4a), and the lower end of the middle column body 2b and The lower column 2c is attached to a shaft (using a bolt or the like) 13 so that the upper end of the lower column 2c is fitted and can rotate relative to the middle column 2b fixed to the joint 4. Therefore, the joints 5 for the lower ends of the lower pillars 2c are metal fittings fixed to the four corners of the pedestal 1, each having a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens inward (the open surface is 5a). The lower end of the lower column 2c in the joint portion 5 is fitted into the shaft 14 (using a bolt or the like) so as to be rotatable. In addition, a push-up element 15 is installed in the joint part 5 so as to be able to rise and fall freely, and a long hole 16 is bored in this push-up element 15, and a support shaft 17 attached to the joint part 5 is inserted into the long hole 16. When inserted and the pedestal 1 is suspended, the lower end of the pusher 15 slightly protrudes from the lower surface of the pedestal 1. Therefore, when the pedestal 1 touches the ground, the pusher 15 rises by a distance corresponding to the protruding portion, and its inclined upper end surface 15a pushes up the lower column 2c, causing the lower column 2c to turn inward. It is designed to generate a moment that moves the robot. In addition, each of the above-mentioned axes 12, 13, 1
4, when the upper column 2a, the middle column 2b, and the lower column 2c are extended straight as shown in FIG. When the pedestal 1 is suspended with the removable lower crossbar 11, which is installed at a position offset to the right, removed, the axes 12, 13, and 14 are positioned in a straight line. . That is, when the respective axes 12, 13, and 14 are located on a straight line, the middle column 2b and the lower column 2c are slightly bent inward by their own weight (state of imaginary lines).

A coil spring 19 is attached between the support cylinder 18 and the support end 9a, and the pressing rod 9 is placed under the action of the spring that constantly urges it toward the bag body 7.
The bag body 7 is constantly pressed from two sides. The tip end portion of the support end 9a has a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and the narrow diameter portion 19a of the coil spring 19 fits into this tip portion, and the other end 1 of the coil spring 19
9b is hung on the support tube 18.

使用できるものである。 According to the configuration described above, the bag 7 suspended on the frame 1 via the four upper cross bars 6 is swung by at least the lower cross bars 11 when placed under the load. The bag body 7 is prevented from moving and held in an extremely stable suspended state, ensuring safety during transport or storage operations, and the bottom of the bag body 7 (discharge port side) never touches the ground. Therefore, there is no need to worry about soiling, and it can be used hygienically whether it is powder, granule or liquid.

The respective axes 12, 13, and 14, which serve as fulcrums of 2b and 2c, are located on a straight line, and the middle column 2b and the lower column 2c
is automatically held in a slightly bent state. Therefore, when the pedestal 1 touches the ground in this state, a moment is applied to the lower column 2c by the pusher 15 to rotate it in the bending direction, as described above, and at that point, the pedestal 1 is unsuspended. Finally, this container device can be folded into the form shown in FIG. 2 by its own weight. In this case, the pressure rod 9
Because the two faces of one set of the bag body 7 are pressed toward each other by the spring action,
When the bag body 7 is folded, the problem that occurs when the bag body 7 is clamped between the pillars 2 is eliminated, and the bag body 7 can be folded neatly on the frame 1, making it easier to transport or store the bag body 7. The possibility of damaging the bag body 7 at times can be completely eliminated.

Since there is no need to worry about the bottom of the bag coming into direct contact with the ground or floor, it can be protected from dirt and damage and can be used hygienically. It has the advantage of being easy to operate by simply removing the container and stopping hanging the container device. In addition, the bag has an excellent protective function and is economical enough to withstand long-term use. , its practical value is extremely great.
