の上にカバーを掛けて使用するようにしていた。

そこで、電気毛布の洗濯について種々研究を行
つた所、毛布生地の収縮、耐久性等の問題点、水
洗いによる洗剤の残留物、湿り気等による電気絶
縁抵抗の減少等の問題点に関する改良が出来たが
電気毛布のヒータの絶縁外被を構成する塩化ビニ
ルはドライクリーニングの溶剤にきわめて弱く、
あやまつてドライクリーニングされると、塩化ビ
ニル中の可塑剤の抽出が短時間で行われ、塩化ビ
ニルの硬化、痩せ細りが生じて絶縁機能に障害を
与えることが判つた。又、電気毛布の温度を検出
する為の感温層に使用している導電性可塑剤入り
塩化ビニル又は、導電性附与剤入りナイロンの中
へ、絶縁外被を通つて溶剤が入り込み、インピー
ダンスを変化させ電気毛布の調節温度を変化させ
る事が判つた。

発明の目的 本発明は上記の如くドライクリーニングを禁止
した水洗可の電気毛布等に於いて消費者が誤つて
ドライクリーニングを行つた時、消費者が就寝に
使う前に使用を禁止するための使用禁止表示を出
し絶縁機能が損傷又は温度の狂つた状態での使用
を防止する様にしたものである。

け使用禁止の表示目的を達成することが出来る。
