The urethane prepolymers contained in mixtures A and B are filled into a mold with a predetermined shape, and steam is injected into the mold to bring the steam into contact with mixture A and mixture B. In this way, the urethane prepolymer contained in mixtures A and B is By contacting with and heating, urea bonds are formed, and a binder is formed to form a polymer and three-dimensional material, which binds the chip.
In this way, a molded product in which the sound absorbing layer made of mixture A and the vibration damping layer made of mixture B are integrated is obtained.

Therefore, in the present invention, since the sound absorbing layer and the damping layer are integrated in one step, the manufacturing method is extremely simple, and the adhesive material for bonding the sound absorbing layer and the damping layer is not required. The sound absorption layer has an excellent sound absorption effect due to its elasticity and the air it contains, and the vibration damping layer exhibits viscoelasticity due to the viscosity of the asphalt it contains, and is effective against vibrations from the car engine and vibrations during driving. It has a good damping effect, that is, a vibration damping effect.

Bとからなる。 After the mixtures A and B are laid in layers in a mold to form a laminated structure, water vapor is ejected from the steam nozzle 4 and brought into contact with the mixtures A and B to heat them. In this way, the urethane prepolymers contained in Mixtures A and B become polymeric and three-dimensional, thereby curing, bonding the chips together, and integrating the layers of Mixtures A and B. The obtained bedding 5 is taken out from the mold. As shown in FIG. 2, the bedding 5 has a sound absorbing layer 5A derived from mixture A and a damping layer 5 derived from mixture B.
It consists of B.
