を垂直湯道2′の開口部に合せて接合することに
より構成される。砂型Pの両側には第2垂直湯道
5′並びに鋳物用キヤビテイ6を有する砂型R(第
2図)を必要個数接続する。砂型Pの第2水平湯
道用貫通孔と砂型Rの第2水平湯道用貫通孔とは
互に開口部が合致して、砂型Pの湯道4′と砂型
Rの湯道4″が一つの水平湯道を形成するように
なつており、末端の砂型Rに盲用砂型(第2図に
は図示せず)を接合すれば良い。各砂型Rは互に
接合面にキヤビテイ6並びに第2垂直湯道用凹部
5が位置するようにすると製作が簡単である。ま
た、第3図では省略したが、砂型Pの他面、即ち
砂型Rと接する面にもキヤビテイ6等を形成する
ことも出来る。

少させる。尚、Hを変えて流路断面積を同様に端
部にいくに従つて減少する様調節してもよい。第
2水平湯道4′は第1水平湯道3′の任意の複数個
の位置に於いてこれと直交する方向へ分岐させる
もので、第2図に示す如く、両側の2方向へ分岐
させる。砂型Rに形成される第2水平湯道4″は
その任意の位置に第2垂直湯道5′を設けてこれ
を鋳物用キヤビテイ6に連結させる。第2図にお
いてはキヤビテイ6が16個表示されており、湯口
1から熔湯を注入すると第1水平湯道で2方向に
分岐し、更に4個の第2水平湯道で夫々2方向に
分岐し、夫々の第2垂直湯道5′からキヤビテイ
6に至る。そして第1水平湯道3′に近いキヤビ
テイから順次熔湯が満たされていく。
