本発明はペンシル型容器内又はステイツク状成
型型内で粉体を固化させる如くした化粧料粉体の

たもので、使用に当つては、粉体の飛散は無いが
固型粉体に比較して延び且つ化粧もちが悪い欠点
がある。その他、粉体を石こうで固めたステイツ
ク状の粉体製品や水溶性結合剤を使用したペンシ
ル状およびステイツク状の粉体製品がある。この
石こうを用いた粉体製品は、石こうが急速に硬化
するためにポツトライフが短く製造が困難で、製
品の均一性に欠け、使用に当つて肌ざわりが悪い
欠点がある。水溶性結合剤を用いた粉体製品は、
混練圧縮成型にて所定径のステイツク状にして乾
燥しているが、乾燥に長時間を要する欠点があ
る。更にペンシル状の粉体製品は、所定径に乾燥
したステイツクを貼り合わせ軸木で挟持してペン
シル型とするという極めて複雑な工程を要する等

造するための粉体の固化法およびその装置を提供

充填する複数本のペンシル型容器又は複数本の成
型孔を有するステイツク状成型型を縦状に配設す
る支持台を中央に設置し、該支持台の上部に上下
摺動用作動装置を備えた上方へ後退自在の粉体分
散液用充填装置を配置すると共に、該粉体分散液
用充填装置の上部枠内に、簣子と網体を下端面に
設け上部に排出装置を接続する上下摺動用作動装
置を備えた上方へ後退自在の押圧筒体を嵌合し、
且つ前記支持台の下部に、網体と溶剤が通過する
複数個の穴をもつ耐溶剤性パツキンを上面に設け
下端部に排出装置に臨む大気開口部を設ける上下
摺動用作動装置を備えた下方へ後退自在の溶剤受
け容器を配置してなり、このペンシル型容器内又
はステイツク状成型型内へ充填した粉体分散液
を、上方から降下する押圧筒体にて実質的機械押
圧によつて溶剤を搾ると共に、上下位置に搾り出
された溶剤を排出装置で回収し、ペンシル型容器
内又はステイツク状成型型内において粉体を固化

は、網体7を支えるステンレススチール製の簣子
8と前記同様のステンレススチール製、ナイロン
製、テトロン製等の網体7とを介在して下部が嵌
合する押圧筒体9を設け、該上方へ後退自在の押
圧筒体9には上下に摺動自在となる作動装置10
と弁13を介して排出装置14を取付けている。
又、支持台1には振動装置15を設置し、スラリ
ー状粉体分散液全体に振動を与える構成としてな

固化する。尚、この振動装置15がなくても押圧
筒体9の押圧だけで固型製品の成型は可能であ

<発明の効果>
上述のように本発明の化粧料粉体の固化法およ
びその装置は、ペンシル型容器内又はステイツク
状成型型内に直接スラリー状の粉体分散液を定量
充填し、その分散液の上下2面を網体で被い、上
面全域を被つた網体で押圧しながら溶剤を排出回
収し固化させる如くしてなるため、密度の均一な
ペンシル型又はステイツク状の粉体固化物が簡
単、確実に得られるものである。従つて、使用に
際しペンシル型容器ではペンシルの先端を削るこ
とによりそのまま塗布体に均一に塗着し得、ステ
イツク状では繰出し容器等に挿入して塗布体に均
一に塗着することができる。又、この装置は、上
下2面の網体から粉体分散液中の溶剤を排出する
特殊な構成であるため、溶剤排出口を1面とした
場合にみられる微粒子粉体使用の粉体分散液の溶
剤詰りが解消する。即ち溶剤排出口を2面とした
ことにより微粒子の多い粉体分散液でも対処し得
るもので、且つ固化時間の短縮につながるもので
ある。尚、ペンシルの内部粉体に溶剤が微量残存
する場合は、使用する溶剤の沸点に応じた温度で
乾燥すれば溶剤を全て除去することが可能であ
り、固化した粉体の強度は増して丈夫な芯を得る
