As a flexible membrane weir, a tube-shaped envelope is formed from synthetic rubber reinforced with nylon woven fabric, etc., and this is installed transversely on the river bed, and a fluid such as air or water as an expansion medium is placed inside the envelope. Conventionally, there has been known a device in which the fluid is injected to expand and stand up, and the fluid is discharged from the inside of the envelope to contract and collapse (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-41219).

Incidentally, in a flexible membrane weir, anti-slip measures are required to ensure safety when walking or working on it for maintenance and inspection. However, in conventional flexible membrane weirs, anti-slip measures have been taken by directly processing or molding anti-slip irregularities on the surface of the flexible membrane envelope itself.

However, it is uneconomical to form the anti-slip uneven portion with such a material.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention has a band-shaped flexible sheet mixed with an anti-slip material such as granules or short fibers over the entire length of the envelope, and the top and front and rear surfaces of the top when expanded. It has a structure in which it is laminated over an area that covers the area.

The flexible membrane weir of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a tube-shaped envelope 1 formed of a rubber sheet made of synthetic rubber reinforced with nylon woven fabric, etc. One side is attached to the river bed 2,
The mounting portion 3 is fixed to the river bed 2 with bolts 5 via a clamp bar 4. When air or water is injected into the envelope 1, it stands up as shown in FIG.
Moreover, when these are discharged, they lie flat as shown in FIG.

A connecting portion 7 that is fixed to a structure 6 such as a riverbed (see Fig. 5) is integrally formed, but this connecting portion 7 may be constructed from a separate member, or the connecting portion 7 may not be provided. Both ends of the envelope 1 may be kept watertight and directly applied to the construct 6.

It is attached to the area that covers the top and the front and back surfaces of the top when it expands. The flexible sheet 8 is a rubber sheet mixed with an anti-slip material such as particles or short fibers. This anti-slip material includes metals such as stainless steel, metal oxides such as alumina, natural minerals,
Sand such as silica sand, glass and organic materials such as nylon and Kevlar (trademark) can be used. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, the method of mixing may be uniform, or as shown in FIG. 4, it may be mixed only in the surface layer.

As described above, in this invention, a flexible sheet containing an anti-slip material is laminated over the entire length of the envelope, and also over a range that covers the top and the surfaces before and after the top when it expands. This can prevent slipping when walking on a weir or working on a weir, as well as prevent lacerations and other damage caused by floating objects or human actions.
