を、外型枠でインジエクシヨン口部をその外周ネ
ジ部で支持して、容器筒体が収縮して密着した中
子を抜き取ろうとすると、支持力の働かない絞り
板部に引張力が集中して、インジエクシヨン口部
が取れてしまつたり、筒部に割れや変形が生じた
りして満足なプラスチツク製インジエクシヨン容
器が得られない問題があつた。

き取ることを特徴とするプラスチツク製インジエ
クシヨン容器の製法を提供しようとするものであ

筒体1内に設けた抜き勾配のない中子を抜き取る

厚を薄くする把持用凹部5を成形することによつ
て、成形加工時に、容器筒体を筒体長手方向に沿
つた引張力に抗して確実に支持し、抜き勾配のな
い中子を抜き取ることができるから、従来のよう
に絞り板部に引張力が集中して加わらないので、
インジエクシヨン口部が取れたり、筒部に割れや
変形が生じることなくプラスチツク製インジエク
シヨン容器を一体射出成形加工することができる
効果があり、また、把持用凹部は容器筒体から突
