く、ずれの程度によつては貼合せ部が接着不良と

の間隔がかなり大きく、しかもこの間に数本の補
助ロール4や案内ロール5があるため、ドラム3
の横移動に対するずれの応答が鈍いために、ドラ
ム3を横移動させてからずれが矯正されるまでの
間に可成りの時間を要するので、この間に繰り出
された帯状フイルムFは全て不完全な袋となる欠

ールを取付け、このロールによつて成形ガイドに
摺接している帯状フイルムFを左右に移動させる

方法は帯状フイルムFのずれを素速く矯正するこ
とのできる点で上記した従前の方法とは格段にす
ぐれているが、引戻しロールを自動的に作動させ
る制御機構を必要とすることと、帯状フイルムF
の材質に制限があつて、例えばテイーバツグ用の
フイルムの様な極めて柔軟で腰の弱いものには適
用しにくい欠点があつた。そのため、フイルムの
材質を選ばす、しかも操作の簡単なずれの矯正装

袋装置において、前記成形ガイドにおける帯状フ
イルムの摺接方向の中心線上の一端が枢着される
と共に、この一端を中心として他端が揺動可能と
なるように成形ガイドが取付けられた支持枠と、
前記成形ガイドの他端側に螺合されると共に前記
支持枠に回転可能に支持されており、正逆回転に
よつて帯状フイルムの繰り出し方向に対する成形
ガイドの傾斜角度を調整する螺軸とを備えている

あつて、先ず成形ガイド2の中心線上の一点にピ
ン7を前方に向けて突設し、これを機体に固着さ
れている支持枠8に穿孔された取付孔9に嵌合さ
せる。そして、成形ガイド2の適宜な位置に雌螺
旋10を形成し、これを上記支持枠8にほぼ水平
に取付けられた雄螺軸11と螺合させる。即ちこ
の様にすることによつて、雄螺軸11を正逆いず
れかの方向に回転させると、それに従つて雌螺旋
10が左右に移行するので、結局成形ガイド2は
ピン7を中心として左右に傾斜角度を変るのであ

以上詳述した様に本発明は成形ガイドを左右に
傾斜させることが出来るように形成し、その傾斜
角度を変えることによつて、帯状フイルムの重ね
合わせ部のいずれを矯正するものであつて、操作
が極めて簡単なうえフイルムの材質や物性を問わ
ず、確実に目的を達成することができる利点があ
る。尚、図では雄螺軸11は手動で操作する一例
を示したが、もとよりこの方式に限定されるもの
ではないのであつて、雄螺軸11はモータードラ
イブとし、帯状フイルムFのずれを光電管等を用
いて自動的に検知し、その検知出力をモータに伝
えて雄螺軸11を回転させるようにすることも出
