(Prior Art) The present applicant first installed flat long insulated conductors 1 under multiple conditions in parallel as shown in FIG. Therefore, we proposed a long bus duct 5 in which rigid portions 3 and flexible portions 4 alternate in the longitudinal direction.

Such a long bus duct 5 can be folded by bending it at the flexible part 4 as shown in the figure.
There are advantages such as being able to transport even long items, reducing the number of connections during installation, and shortening the number of days required for construction at the installation site.

When installing such a long bus duct 5 vertically in a building, a lifting rope 6 is tied to the lifting part 5A at the tip of the long bus duct 5, and a guide pulley 9 etc. is attached to the through hole 8 of the floor 7 of each floor of the building. , and by winding up the lifting rope 6 using an upper winch or the like (not shown), the long bus duct 5 is stretched and raised to perform vertical installation.

In this case, by pulling the lifting rope 6 with a force P, when the folded long bus duct 5 is stretched and raised, the lifting rope 6 is aligned with the vertical line as shown in FIG. It is pulled up at an angle of θ, and as a result, a force of f=Psinθ is generated in the horizontal direction as a reaction force in the flexible portion 4 on the opposite side. If such a force is generated, there is a concern that the flexible portion 4 may be damaged. Furthermore, if the weight of one rigid body part 3 is W, then the tension P of the lifting rope 6 is also W/2cosθ, which has the disadvantage of being larger than necessary.

(Objective of the Invention) An object of the present invention is to be able to reduce the reaction force acting on the adjacent flexible portion on the opposite side of the flexible portion being lifted, and to also reduce the tension acting on the lifting rope. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for vertically laying a long bus duct.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention provides for installing a long bus duct having rigid parts and flexible parts alternately in the longitudinal direction in a folded state at a site, and lifting one end of the long bus duct with a lifting rope at the site. The method for vertically laying a long bus duct in which the long bus duct is vertically laid while being lifted and stretched is characterized in that the folded long bus duct is swung in the horizontal direction as the long bus duct is lifted.

When the long bus duct is swung in the horizontal direction in this manner, the angle between the vertical line and the lifting rope or the long bus duct becomes smaller, and the adjacent flexible section on the opposite side of the flexible section that is being lifted becomes smaller. The reaction force acting on the lifting rope can be reduced, and the tension acting on the lifting rope can also be reduced.

(Example) Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, when the long bus duct 5 is transported to the site in a folded state and installed on the floor 10 under the floor through-hole 8, the folded bus duct 5 is The folded long bus duct 5 is installed on a bus duct swinging means 11 such as a roller conveyor.
In this state, when the lifting rope 6 is tied to the lifting part 5A of the long bus duct 5 and the long bus duct 5 is stretched and raised using a winch or the like installed on the upper floor, the horizontal component of the tension P becomes f. The foldable long bus duct 5, which is in the state shown in FIG. 3, swings in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. As a result, the lifting portion 5A of the long bus duct 5 approaches the vertical line 12 passing through the center of the floor through-hole 8, and the angle θ between this vertical line 12 and the lifting rope 6 becomes smaller.
The horizontal component f of the tension P becomes smaller due to the relationship f=Psinθ, and therefore the reaction force f acting against the flexible portion 4 on the opposite side of the lifting portion 5A also becomes smaller. In addition, the tension P acting on the lifting rope 6 is also P=W/
From the relationship of 2 cos θ, it becomes smaller as the angle θ becomes smaller. When the lifting part 5A is pulled up and the next flexible part 4 is pulled up, the folding long bus duct 5
is swung horizontally in the opposite direction to that shown in FIG. 4, its flexible portion 4 approaches the vertical line 12, and the angle θ similarly decreases.

Note that the means for horizontally swinging the long folding bus duct 5 is not limited to a roller conveyor or the like, but may also be a trolley or the like.

Further, in the above embodiment, the long bus duct 5 has a tension P
The long bus duct 5 was swung with a horizontal component force f.
It is also possible to actively move and swing using human power or power. By doing so, the tension P becomes even smaller, and its horizontal component force f also becomes smaller, which is preferable.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the present invention, when a long folded bus duct is lifted and installed vertically, the folded long bus duct is swung horizontally as it is lifted. The angle between the rigid body part of the rope or the long bus duct and the vertical line becomes smaller, and the tension and its horizontal component also become smaller. Therefore, the reaction force acting on the flexible portion on the opposite side is also reduced, and damage to the flexible portion can be prevented. It is also possible to prevent the tension acting on the lifting rope from becoming larger than necessary.
