本発明は、経尿道的に膀胱内に挿入されて肥大
した前立腺(前立腺肥大症)の内腺を外腺から剥
離、切除して摘出し得るようにしたレゼクトスコ

止血場所に押し当て凝固止血できるようにしてい
る。ところで、前立腺内腺は前記剥離器単体のみ
で切除することよりも、高周波電流が通電される
ループ電極器と併用することが解剖学的に有効で

[発明の目的]

よく完全に前立腺内腺を摘出除去でき、又剥離器
とループ電極器とを取り替え装着しなおす必要が
ないことから手術時間の短縮化を図ることができ
ると共に患者に与える負担も少なくできるように
したレゼクトスコープ装置を提供することを目的

つ底部に指掛部13を突設している。又、前記前
方接続部4と各スライダ9,10とには、ばね1
4,14が架設され、スライダ9,10が後方接
続部7に当接復帰するようになつている。そし
て、スコープ(硬性内視鏡)15は、前記接続部
7後方からスコープ挿入管8を経てシース3内の
先端部に挿入装着され、シース3先端前方を観察
可能になつている。このスコープ15は後方にア
イピース16を有し、且つ図示しない光源装置に
接続されるライドガイドケーブルを接続するライ

方へのスライドによりループ電極18bをシース
3先端のビーク3aから突出させ、スライダ10
の前方へのスライドにより剥離子20bをビーク
3aから突出させるようになつている。又、前記

18b内側をスライドできるよう形成されてい
