ある。(Prior Art) In general, duvets are made by sewing the upper and lower ends between the outer material and the lining to prevent the feathers filled in the space formed between the outer material and the lining from shifting to one side. The gusset cloth is provided in a grid pattern, thereby dividing the space into a large number of storage parts. By filling each compartment with feathers, the feathers are prevented from being lopsided. As a prior art example of such a down comforter, there is Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-28954.

おける保温性が低下するという欠点が生じる。 According to the duvet having the above structure, when considering the entire duvet, it is possible to prevent the feathers from being largely concentrated in a part of the space between the outer material and the lining. However, the feathers accommodated in each accommodating section are not always distributed uniformly, and tend to gather in a dumpling shape in the center of the accommodating section, away from the gusset fabric at the periphery of the accommodating section. Therefore, the duvet having such a structure has a drawback that the heat retention properties in the peripheral portions of each accommodation portion are reduced.

However, it was unavoidable that feathers would gather in the center of each housing section, reducing the heat retention of the surrounding areas.

(Means and effects for solving the problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a gusset cloth between the outer material and the lining of the futon to divide the interior space of the futon into a plurality of main storage parts. At the same time, an auxiliary accommodating part is formed in a portion of the gusset cloth corresponding to at least one of the upper and lower ends thereof, and overlaps with the peripheral part of each adjacent main accommodating part, so that the main accommodating part and the auxiliary accommodating part are separated from each other. Fill each with feathers. With such a structure, even if the feathers in the main storage part gather in the central part, the auxiliary storage part prevents the heat retention of the peripheral part from decreasing.

As shown in FIG. 1, this outer bag 1 is formed into a bag shape by stitching together the peripheral parts of a down-proofed outer material 2 and a lining material 3. Down-proof auxiliary fabrics 4 are provided on the inner surfaces of the outer fabric 2 and the lining 3, respectively. This auxiliary cloth 4 has a substantially lattice-like strip portion 6 formed by perforating a large number of through holes 5 in a matrix, and both ends of the strip portion 6 in the width direction are connected to the outer material 2 and the lining material 3. It is stitched by the first quilting 4a. Therefore, auxiliary accommodating portions 7 are formed between the outer fabric 2 and the lining 3 and the belt-like portions 6 of the auxiliary fabric 4, respectively.

Similarly, one end of a tape-shaped lower gusset cloth 9 is sewn along the belt-shaped portion 6. Each of the gusset fabrics 8 and 9 provided along the band-like portion 6 is formed by arranging a vertical fabric 11a and a horizontal fabric 11b in a grid pattern, as shown in FIG. The length of the vertical fabric 11a is the same as the length of the outer fabric 2 or the lining 3 in the vertical direction, and the horizontal fabric 11b has a length that is approximately equal to the distance between the pair of vertical fabrics 11a. is not sewn to the vertical fabric 11a.

ればよい。 As shown in FIG. 1, the outer fabric 2 and the lining fabric 3, on which the auxiliary fabric 4 and the gusset fabrics 8 and 9 are provided, respectively, The first quilting 12 is sutured, and the peripheral part is sutured with a third quilting 13. As a result, the space between the outer material 2 and the lining material 3 is surrounded by the upper gusset cloth 8.
A plurality of main accommodating parts 14 surrounded by the vertical fabric 11a and the horizontal fabric 11b of the lower gusset fabric 9 are formed into sections in a matrix, and are overlapped above and below the periphery of each adjacent main accommodating part 14. The auxiliary storage section 7 is located there. The main accommodating part 14 and the auxiliary accommodating part 7 are each filled with feathers 15. To fill the main storage portion 14 with feathers 15, the vertical fabric 1 of each gusset fabric 8, 9 is transferred from the main storage portion 14 located at one longitudinal end of the outer bag 1 to the main storage portion 14 located at the other end.
A pipe (not shown) is passed through the unconnected portion between 1a and the side cloth 11b. Then, the feathers 15 are fed under pressure to the main storage section 14 through this pipe, and
The feathers 15 may be filled in the main storage portions 14 in one vertical row by sequentially pulling out the pipes. Also,
Since the internal space of each auxiliary storage portion 7 formed on the outer material 2 side and the lining material 3 side is one space,
The feathers 15 may be filled from any one place in each auxiliary storage section 7 through a pipe (not shown).

するということが防止される。 According to the duvet configured in this way, the auxiliary storage portions 7 are formed overlappingly on the upper and lower peripheral portions of each of the main storage portions 14 whose peripheries are partitioned by the upper and lower gusset fabrics 8 and 9. . Therefore, even if the feathers 15 housed in each main housing part 14 separate from the gusset fabrics 8 and 9 and gather in the center, the heat retention of the peripheral part of the main housing part 14 is maintained by polymerization above and below that part. This is compensated by the feathers 15 of the auxiliary receptacle 7. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the heat retention of the peripheral portions of each main storage portion 14 from decreasing.

る。 Furthermore, since the auxiliary housing portions 7 are formed in the peripheral portions of the upper and lower surfaces of each main housing portion 14, it is difficult for the air within the main housing portions 14 to escape from these portions to the outside. Therefore, this also improves heat retention, and even if external pressure is applied to the main housing part 14, the main housing part 14 is not compressed and exhibits appropriate elasticity, so it feels good to the touch. In good condition.

By stitching them together using the first quilting 4a, the appearance can be improved by the pattern of the first quilting 4a.

They may be bonded to each other by heat fusion. Furthermore, the upper and lower gusset cloths 8 and 9 may also be made of heat-fusible nonwoven fabric. Furthermore, the auxiliary cloth 4 may be provided on either the outer material 2 or the lining material 3, and thereby the auxiliary accommodating portion 7 may also be formed on only one of them.

This allows the designs of the first quilting 4a and the third quilting 13 to be changed. In addition, when these auxiliary cloths 4 are used, the main accommodating part 14 may be formed by providing the upper and lower gusset cloths 8 and 9 as shown by the chain lines in the figure.

As described above, the present invention divides a plurality of main accommodating parts between the outer material and the lining by using gusset cloth, and also forms auxiliary accommodating parts that overlap the peripheral parts of the adjacent main accommodating parts. The main storage part and the auxiliary storage part are each filled with feathers. Therefore, even if the feathers in the main storage area gather in the center, the heat retention of the peripheral area of the main storage area is compensated for by the auxiliary storage area, making it possible to use a duvet with excellent heat retention. can be provided. In addition, since the auxiliary storage section is formed by polymerizing the main storage section, it becomes difficult for the air inside the main storage section to escape, which not only improves heat retention, but also protects against external pressure. A good feeling may be obtained because the material is in a state where it is difficult to compress.
