【発明の詳細な説明】 (イ) 発明の目的について 本発明は、先ず第一に急速に過密化した車社会
において激増し続ける交通事故のうち、特に昼夜
間をとわず路上又は路側部の工事現場における交
通事故を防止せんとするのがその目的の一つであ
るが、路面又は路面に近接した各種工事現場にお
いては工事中を示す各種標識を立てて通行車輌に
注意を喚起しているが、工事現場に通行車輌が突
入して人身及び機材の事故が絶えないのが現状で
事故による社会的影響が広範囲に及び且つ深刻な
ものになりつつあることはよく知られたところで
ある。

た障害物に衝突した際侵入車輌が破壊されるばか
りでなく衝突によつて設置した障害物が飛ばされ
るなどして運転者は勿論のこと工事中の人々も事
故に遭遇するし、又障害物を突破して工事現場に
侵入し事故の被害が大となるというのが現状であ
る。

停止させるというものであつた。このような手段
では暴走自動車或は航空機の損壊や人命の損失は
まぬがれないこと明白である。本発明はこのよう
な従来の手段から発想を転換し、侵入してくる暴
走車或はオーバーランする航空機を停止装置内に
積極的に導入し、自動車又は航空機の走行慣性を
利用して停止装置と自動車又は航空機をあたかも
急ブレーキをかけた状態で同時に移動させこれを
停止させる装置を提供せんとするものである。

なお、消火剤封入袋1は車輌6又は航空機6′と
の衝突及び消火剤封入袋2からの消火剤3の流入
圧力によつて破裂するような製作材質の材料を使
用する。

となり破裂し、消火剤3が車輌6に降りかかる。
従つて若し車輌6が火災を発した場合はこれを消
火する役目を果すことになる。更に車輌6が正面
立上り部4に衝突した場合は立上り部ネツト11
を前方に膨出させながらその走行慣性によつて装
置全体をスリツプさせることになるから、立上り
部ネツト11と底部ネツト12の間に張り渡した
耐張力ロープ13によつて底部ネツト12の後端
部分が上方にまくり上げられるような状態とな
り、またその両側方がそれぞれ内側に向けて弯曲
状となつて立ち上り、車輪を包み込むような状態
を呈して路面をスリツプする。
