また空間8内に回転可能として回転板9を装入し
且つこの回転板9の中心にパイプ状の中心軸9′
を一体に設けて当該中心軸9′の上下両端部を上
記軸孔19,19′に回転自在に軸承すると共に
この中心軸9′の内径孔20内に中心軸9′の回転
に支障を来たさない状態で固定軸18を設け、こ
の固定軸18に点火プラグ15を下向きとして止
着し、更に回転板9の外周に従動ギヤ13を切設
してこの従動ギヤ13に駆動ギヤ14を噛合する
と共に回転板9の偏心個所に一つの連通孔10
を、また内側ヘツドカバー6および外側ヘツドカ
バー7に於て連通孔10の軌跡と対応する個所に
上下対の吸気口11,11′および上下対の排気
口12,12′を夫々開設し、連通孔10が回転
板9の1/4回転位相では吸気口11,11′と重合
し4/4回転位相では排気口12,12′と重合し2/
4,3/4回転位相では吸気口11,11′および排
気口12,12′と齟齬してこれ等吸気口11,
11′、排気口12,12′を閉塞すべくしたもの
である。

下向きとして止着したので、回転板9の回転作動
に安定性があり、また、回転板9の偏心個所に一
つの連通孔10を、また内側ヘツドカバー6およ
び外側ヘツドカバー7に於て連通孔10の軌跡と
対応する個所に上下対の吸気口11,11′およ
び上下対の排気口12,12′を夫々開設した構
成であるので、外側ヘツドカバー7にあけた吸気
口11および排気口12に対するマニホールド2
