[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a sterilizing lubricant used as a lubricant for bottles of milk, beer, alcohol, soft drinks, etc., and bottle conveyors in canning processes. [Prior Art] In bottle and canning processes for milk, beer, alcohol, soft drinks, etc., bottle conveyors are used to move bottles and cans. These bottle conveyors are operated continuously by automatic control, so even if the flow of bottles and cans is stopped, only the bottle conveyor will continue to operate. , it is necessary to reduce the dynamic frictional force with the conveyor surface. In addition, in order to carry the bottles and cans carried from the washing machine directly onto the flow of the bottle conveyor, an appropriate static friction force is required on the surface of the conveyor. As a lubricant that satisfies these needs, lubricants based mainly on higher fatty acid soaps have been known.
There was a diluted version, which was used by applying it to the surface of the bottle conveyor. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, although the above-mentioned known lubricants maintain lubricity that satisfies the above-mentioned requirements, they do not have sterilizing power, and as a result, the surface of the bottle conveyor is contaminated with microorganisms. This has inevitably led to a situation where bottles and cans are contaminated by these microorganisms. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a bactericidal lubricant that maintains lubricity that satisfies the above-mentioned requirements and also has bactericidal power, which improves the drawbacks of the above-mentioned known techniques. [Means for solving the problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention,
One or more anionic surfactants (component A) selected from the group of general formulas (1), (2) and (3) below, and a bactericidal quaternary ammonium type cationic surfactant ( component B). general formula (2) R-O-(CH 2 CH 2 O) o (CH 2 ) n COOM However, R is a C8 - C20 alkyl group or alkenyl group, R' is a C1 - C4 alkyl group, and n is 1-8
m is an integer of 1 to 2, M is hydrogen, an alkali metal, an amine or an alkanolamine. Specific examples of the compound of general formula (1) among the aforementioned component A include oleoylsarcosine, capryloylsarcosine, N-oleoyl-N-butylglycine,
Oleoylalanine, linoloylsarcosine, etc.
or their alkali metal salts, amines, or alkanolamines, and general formula (2)
Compounds include oxyethylene oleoyl ether sodium acetate, oxyethylene caprylic ether acetic acid triethanolamine, polyoxyethylene (n:4) lauryl ether acetic acid, polyoxyethylene (n:2) lauryl ether sodium acetate, oxyethylene lauryl ether Potassium propionate, sodium oxyethylene eicosyl ether acetate, etc. are mentioned, and as a compound of general formula (3), polyoxyethylene (n:
2) Triethylamine stearyl etherate, polyoxyethylene (n:2) caprylic ether phosphate morpholine, polyoxyethylene (n:
8) Sodium lauryl ether phosphate, di(oxyethylene lauryl ether) amine phosphate, and the like. Furthermore, representative examples of the B component, that is, the bactericidal quaternary ammonium type cationic surfactant, include alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, alkylpyridium chloride, dialkyldimethylammonium chloride, etc. . The alkyl group of these compounds can have any number of carbon atoms, but long-chain alkyl groups with about 12 carbon atoms are particularly preferred. The blending ratio of the above-mentioned A and B components is arbitrary, but the weight ratio of A:B is 5 to 80:95 to 20, preferably 10 to 60:90 to 40, and the A component alone provides lubricity. However, it has no bactericidal properties, and although component B alone has bactericidal properties, it has poor lubricity. The germicidal lubricant according to the present invention thus obtained is mixed with a solubilizer, antifoaming agent, etc. as necessary, diluted with water to an appropriate dilution ratio, and applied to the surface of the bottle conveyor. It is made available for use. [Function] The bactericidal lubricant according to the present invention described above has lubricating properties due to the action of component A, and bactericidal properties due to the action of component B. Therefore, the bactericidal lubricant according to the present invention has lubricating properties and It will retain both bactericidal properties. Moreover, by changing the blending ratio of components A and B, the strength of lubricity and bactericidal properties can also be changed. [Example] Samples 1 to 37 of each formulation shown in Table 1 were adjusted to a 10% aqueous solution in terms of pure content and used as test samples, and samples 38 to 45 were used as test samples without being diluted with water. And so. A bactericidal power test and a lubricity test were conducted on each of these test samples, and the results are shown in Table 2. The bactericidal power test and the lubricity test were conducted as follows. [Bactericidal power test] In accordance with the Food Sanitation Act inspection guidelines, each test sample in Table 1 was diluted to the specified dilution culture using sterilized water, and various bacteria were added to this diluted solution at 25℃ for 2 hours. After mixing for 30 seconds, one platinum loopful of this mixed solution was inoculated into a liquid medium, and the presence or absence of bacterial growth in each test sample was determined under culturing conditions at 37° C. for 48 hours. Judgment is for bacterial growth (+) and non-proliferation (-)
And so. [Lubricity test] Test conveyor conditions Conveyor speed: 60 to 150 cm/sec Test bottle: 2 large beer bottles Weight 2490 g Test method Place the test bottle on a stainless steel conveyor plate, and place the test sample diluted solution (100x or 200x) )of
Measure the friction coefficient after 10 minutes when feeding at 100ml/min. Friction coefficient (μ) = Spring scale tensile resistance value (g) / Glass-filled bottle weight (g) Evaluation μ A 0.12 or less Very slippery B ~0.14 Slips without problems C ~0.16 Slightly insufficient lubrication D 0.16 or more Does not slip

As described above, the lubricant according to the present invention not only maintains good lubricity but also has sterilizing properties, making it ideal for application to the surface of a bottle conveyor.
