結管5を洗浄槽2内に出入自在に挿入するととも
に連結管5の下端一側に、被洗浄物6の載置台7
を接続したものである。この方法は、洗浄槽2の
天板8から連結管5が出入するため、この出入部
9の気密保持が不完全で、出入部9から溶剤ガス
が流出するとともに溶剤と接触した連結管5が、
洗浄槽2から出入部9を介して外部に突出するた
め、溶剤を大気中に拡散し、溶剤使用量を多くし
不経済であるとともに作業者の健康管理上からも

上からも好ましいものに、しようとするものであ

置台に設けた丸篭用の回転ローラーに伝達すると
ともに被洗浄物を洗浄部から出入部まで上下動し

エーン23に一端を固定した連結部材31と、被
洗浄物を収納した丸篭32の載置間隔を介して回
転ローラー33を設けた、連結部材31上面の載
置部34とから構成されている。また載置台30

ても溶剤ガスの拡散を生じることがないものであ
る。そのため溶剤を無駄に消費することがないと
ともに作業者の健康管理上も、好ましい結果を得
ることができる。また載置台を上下動自在に貫通
した回動軸の回動力を、回動力の伝達機構を介し
て載置台に設けた丸篭の回転ローラーに伝達する
ものであるから、載置台上で丸篭を回転洗浄する
ことができるとともに載置台を上下動しながら丸
篭を回転したり、角篭を回転ローラー上に載置し
て前後に揺動したりすることを可能とし、洗浄液
と被洗浄物との接触を極めて良好とすることが出
来る。またチエーンによる載置体の上下動である
から、シリンダーのごとくピストンロツドを上方
に突出し、装置を大型化したり設置場所に制限を
