して現在迄これらの問題に対し根本的な対策が立

フロート体を多重展張し、且つ該フロート体を展
張した河川底にフロート体の展張方向に沿つて汚
泥堆積溝を設けることを特徴とするダムおよび河

の表土部を覆うように固定すればよい。また第2
図に示すように孔1を有する管2(有孔管)の外
周部に透水性を有する素材により透水層3を設
け、且つ有孔管2内に石材4等を充填した脱水部
材5を多数連設して法面部に透水層を設けてもよ
い(第4図参照)。前記脱水部材は連設を容易な
らしめるために有孔管を端部6の少なくとも一端
を透水層3より突出するようにして構成し、また
他の態様としては第3図のように有孔管の端部6
の少なくとも一端を透水層3より内部に位置する
ように構成することが好ましい。そしてこれらを
連設した排水層は法面に第4図に示すように設
け、且つ第5図に示すように連設された排水層の
両端部を法面の外部に露出するように設けること
