[Industrial Application Field] The present invention is directed to the use of refined iron powder, which is generated in the process of flotation of the grains produced in the converter operation, which is a step of copper smelting, and is provided as tailings for landfill processing. This article relates to refined iron powder fired tiles, which are a fired product containing a mixture of clay and clay and are mainly used as decorative members for the interior and exterior of buildings. [Conventional technology] The tangles produced during copper smelting have an aesthetically pleasing reddish-brown color and are used for the interior and exterior of buildings. After the molten tangles are cast into molds of desired dimensions, Decorative parts, primarily used for the interior and exterior of buildings, were made by slowly cooling and retaining the heat of the cast iron over several days. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, decorative members that are molded by casting molten resin are susceptible to cracks and poor casting shapes due to uneven cooling during slow cooling, as well as problems with plate thickness. There were many defective products due to misalignment, etc., and the proportion of products made into decorative parts was only around 40% compared to cast products. For this reason, the market has been looking forward to a mass supply of decorative members that retain the aesthetically pleasing colors of copper smelting and are guaranteed to have stable quality. [Means for solving the problem] The present invention provides iron powder generated in the copper smelting process with a
By providing refined iron powder fired tiles that are mixed with 50% clay, pressed and fired, we maintain the aesthetically rich reddish-brown color of the entanglements that occur during copper smelting, while ensuring specific shapes and dimensions. However, it is intended to be supplied as a decorative member with a high commercialization rate, mainly for the interior and exterior of buildings. The refined iron powder referred to in the present invention refers to
As shown in the table, clay refers to clay that contains about 50% iron and about 20% silicic acid, and clay contains 60% to 60% silicic acid.

The reason why the clay content used in the present invention is limited to 10 to 50% by weight is that if the clay content is less than 10%, the intermediate molded product that is pressure-formed after mixing refined iron powder and clay is not used in the firing process. This is because the clay content exceeds 50% and the shrinkage rate increases during the drying and firing process, making it difficult to maintain a constant shape. This is because it becomes impossible to maintain the aesthetically pleasing reddish-brown color that it exhibits. [Example] Adding clay to refined iron powder sized to a particle size of 250μ or less
30% by weight to create a composition with a moisture content of 6%.
Apply a pressure of 300Kg/cm 2 to an area of 100mm x 100mm and 7
After making an intermediate molded product with a thickness of mm, the fired product obtained by firing at 1220℃ has the physical properties shown in Table 2, and the production rate from the pressure-formed intermediate molded product to the final product is Over 95%.

Figure 1 shows the relationship between the product yield and the mixing ratio of refined iron powder and clay. Figure 2 shows the relationship between the shrinkage rate of the product and the mixing ratio of refined iron powder and clay when fired at 1220℃. For molded products containing refined iron powder and clay, the relationship between the moisture content of the composition and the pressurizing pressure is as follows.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the relationship between the composition firing temperature and the physical properties of the fired product when the clay content is 30% by weight.
