た。Problems to be Solved by the Prior Art and the Invention In order to form ceramic bottle bases in large quantities, a slurry-like clay made by adding a large amount of water to the base soil is made of plaster that can be divided into multiple parts. It is poured into a mold, left for a certain period of time, and when the moisture on the outer periphery is absorbed by the plaster mold and solidified, the unsolidified slurry inside is expelled from the mouth of the bottle, and the plaster mold is separated and removed. Cast molding is generally performed, but when a plaster mold is used repeatedly, the inner circumferential surface gradually adheres to the base material and is removed, causing the shape to gradually change. As a result, the dimensions and shape of the molded base material gradually change. Change. Therefore, it is unavoidable that the size and shape of the molded bottle mouth will be irregular, and it is extremely difficult to seal it with a stopper or lid made of plastic or metal. The disadvantage was that the molds had to be updated frequently, resulting in significantly higher costs.

After that, the bottle is glazed and fired, and the bottle mouth part is compression molded using a mold with less wear, so it is possible to produce large quantities of substrates with high dimensional accuracy using the same mold. In addition, since the main body part that does not require high dimensional accuracy is cast in a plaster mold, it is possible to easily manufacture large quantities of products with narrow necks. After joining the base materials produced in the same manner, glazing and firing were performed, so that the base materials were welded together and firmly bonded together during firing.
The joints are covered with glaze, so the appearance is
It has the effect of being able to inexpensively manufacture a sealed ceramic bottle that is exactly the same as an integrally molded product, has a high dimensional accuracy of the mouth part, and can be sealed with a stopper or lid made of plastic, metal, etc. play.

A seat plate 2 is fixed on a table 1 of a press machine, and a core bar 3 having a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the bottle neck base a to be molded is placed on the table 1 and A sliding hole 8 is formed at the lower end of the seat plate 2 so as to be vertically movable through the seat plate 2, and above the slide hole 8,
A metal lower mold 4 in which a molding hole 7 is formed in which the threaded part 6 and the cylindrical part 5 are connected is placed in a detachable manner, and above it is a center hole 10 that tightly fits into the core bar 3. is formed, and an upper mold 9 also made of metal and having an outer diameter that tightly fits into the molding hole 7 is attached to a ram (not shown), and as shown in FIG. 1, the upper mold 9 is retracted upward. In this state, the molding hole 7 of the lower mold 4 is filled with powdered, granular or kneaded clay f, and as the ram descends, the upper mold 9 is guided through the molding hole 7 of the lower mold 4. As shown in FIG. 2, the molded clay f is compressed to form a bottle mouth blank a whose outer circumferential shape corresponds to the forming hole 7 and whose inner circumferential shape corresponds to the core bar 3. Next, as the ram rises, the upper die 9 is retracted upward, and the core bar 3 is lowered to move the lower die 4.
is removed from the seat plate 2, and the molded bottle mouth blank a is taken out from the molding hole 7 while being rotated along the threaded portion 6.

This plaster mold 11 is made by joining the left and right split molds 12, 12, which are vertically divided into two parts, and forming a molding hole 13 inside.
In the molding hole 13,
The slurry made by adding a large amount of water to the base soil is poured into the opening 14 at the upper end.
When the water on the outer periphery is absorbed into the plaster mold 11 and the part of a certain thickness has solidified, the plaster mold 11 is tilted, the unsolidified slurry is discharged from the opening 14, and the slurry is split. The molds 12, 12 are separated and the molded bottle body base d is taken out and dried.
