<Conventional technology> A typical method of constructing a dome roof as described above is to install a temporary support in the center of the building, and after assembling the roof structure section into several parts concentrically from the center of the dome roof. A construction method is known in which the materials are lifted up one after another and installed on temporary supports one after another.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the case of the construction method using temporary supports as described above, until the dome roof assembly is completed and the periphery of the dome roof is completely fixed to the outer roof foundation, During this period, the entire weight of the roof structure continues to be concentrated on these temporary supports, so it is necessary to use temporary supports that are quite large and have a considerable supporting capacity, as they will be dismantled after the dome roof is completed. For this reason, especially in the case of large dome roofs,
There is a problem in that it takes a lot of effort to assemble, install, and even dismantle the temporary supports, which makes the construction of the dome roof complicated and expensive.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The dome roof construction method of the first invention of this application includes a dome roof foundation in which both ends of a V-shaped roof beam member on the open leg side are provided at the outer edge of the dome roof. After repeating the work of fastening the dome along the base of the dome roof, attach a similar V to the tops of two adjacent roof beam members.
The process of joining both ends of the open leg side of the letter-shaped roof beam member and connecting these joints or two adjacent points at the top of the roof beam member with appropriate beam materials is repeated in the circumferential direction and toward the center of the dome roof. The gist is to construct a roof beam having a triangular roof structure in a dome roof installation space.

Example 1 First, as shown in Figure 1A, the work is to fasten both ends of the V-shaped roof beam member 2 on the open leg side with metal fittings to the inside of the dome roof foundation 1 with a diameter of approximately 37 m. Repeat sequentially with intervals in the direction. As this V-shaped roof beam member 2, for example, FIGS.
As shown in the diagram, two wooden beams 3 with a length of about 10 m, such as laminated wood, which are manufactured by curving to match the curvature of the dome roof, are used to form the spherical surface of the dome roof. It is sufficient to use one made by joining the beam members 3 in a V-shape using a metal joining fitting 4 having six joining hands 5. That is,
In the illustrated example, this joining fitting 4 is constructed by combining iron plates in a hexagonal shape and welding each face of a hexahedron as joining surfaces 4a, and by fixing joint hands 5 to the joining surfaces 4a, respectively. On the other hand, a bolt 5c is welded and fixed to the inside of the joint 5,
Further, a connecting plate 5b is fixed between the bolts 5c by welding, and the bolts 5c are attached to the joint surface by nuts 5a located inside the joint fitting 4. Then, adjacent 2 of the joining metal fittings 4
If the end faces of the beam members 3 are opposed to the two joint surfaces 4a, and the connecting plates 5b and bolts 5c are housed in recesses formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the ends of the beam members,
By bolting the four joints 5 on the top, bottom, left and right sides of the beam ends to the beam ends and fully tightening the bolts 5c inside the joint fittings, the beam ends are pressed against the joint surface 4a. (In this press-contact state, the connecting plate 5b or bolt 5c does not come into contact with the joint surface 4a, but faces each other with an appropriate space). In this way, the two beam members 3 are fixed to the joining metal fittings 4, and the V-shaped roof beam member 2
is made. In addition, in this embodiment, the roof beam member 2
A small beam member 17 is attached in advance between the two beam members, but it goes without saying that such a small beam member 17 may be installed in the final step of constructing the roof beam.

Incidentally, in the above embodiment, the dome roof beam is constructed by joining and combining wooden beams approximately 10 m in length and curved with a curvature corresponding to the shape of the dome roof using metal joining fittings. By adopting such a construction method, it is possible to create a dome roof with the following two features. First, when designing the dome, the rise of the dome can be freely selected within a wide range, and a dome roof with a particularly low rise can be manufactured. In other words, in conventional construction methods that combine steel frame materials, the rise is limited to approximately 0.25 times the dome diameter, and if it is less than that, the dome roof's own weight, wind pressure or snow load applied to the dome roof after installation It was difficult to construct a dome roof with a low rise because the dome roof could collapse. On the other hand, in the case of the construction method of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the rise of the dome roof to about 0.15 to 0.18 times the dome diameter, thereby making it possible to construct a flat dome roof. Also, for the same reason, the second feature is the length 10 as mentioned above.
The dome diameter (diameter) is approximately
One example is that it becomes possible to construct a dome roof as large as 400 m (with conventional construction methods, the dome diameter is 150 m).
(The limit was about m).

<Effects of the Invention> According to the dome roof construction method of the present invention configured as described above, both ends of the V-shaped roof beam member on the open leg side are attached to the dome roof foundation provided at the outer edge of the dome roof. After repeating the fastening work sequentially along the dome roof base, both ends of the open leg side of a similar V-shaped roof beam member are joined to the tops of two adjacent roof beam members, and this joint or the roof A roof beam having a triangular roof structure is constructed in the dome roof installation space by repeating the process of connecting two adjacent points of the top of the beam member with the beam material in the circumferential direction and the center direction of the dome roof. Therefore, most of the support for the roof beam members that have already been installed can be placed on the dome roof foundation, and supporting the roof structure during construction is extremely simple. There is no need to provide temporary supports, and the dome roof can be constructed easily and quickly. That is, since the V-shaped roof beam members can be made in advance on the ground, there is no need to assemble them one by one in the air. Therefore, the amount of work in the air is reduced, and the temporary scaffolding used when assembling the dome can be simplified, leading to shorter construction periods and lower costs. Furthermore, by using lightweight wooden beams, it is possible to construct a dome roof with a smaller rise and larger dome diameter than with conventional construction methods. Also, 2
A dome roof foundation in which both ends of the open leg side of a V-shaped roof beam member obtained by joining one end of a main beam member to each other using a joining metal fitting having a large number of joints are attached to the outer edge of the dome roof. After repeating the fastening work sequentially along the dome roof foundation, both ends of the open leg side of a similar V-shaped roof beam member are joined to the tops of two adjacent roof beam members, and this joint or By repeating the process of connecting two adjacent points of the top of the roof beam member with beam materials in the circumferential direction and center direction of the dome roof, a roof beam having a triangular roof structure is constructed in the dome roof installation space. With this structure, all the beam materials are pulled and joined together by the jointing member toward the joining metal fittings, and this tensile force can transmit the rotational moment in the strong axis direction that occurs at the upper and lower ends of the beam materials. The materials are rigidly jointed to each other by a joining fitting. As a result, when assembling the dome, the so-called beam material can be brought in by the joiner of the joining metal fittings, and a large and highly accurate dome frame can be assembled.
