て横切断が行われると共に、カツターにより各ピ
ースに切断され、併せて使用時におけるチヤツク
の外縁を除去する切断ノツチがカツターにより形
成されるようにしたチヤツク付袋の製造方法及び

ク付袋製造方法及び装置を提供せんとするもので

つて流通市場に於ける取り扱いから消費者に渡る
までの間に袋が開口するのを阻止するようにし、
そのプロセスにおいてフオーマーの上部のシユー
トを介し所定商品が投入され、更に、下降するプ
ロセスにおいてチヤツクの反対側に於ける縦シー
ルもシリンダの突起とガイドローラを介して縦シ
ール装置により行われ、而して、チヤツク部位に
於ける縦シールプロセスでチヤツクの両側部の所
定部位に対しつぶしシールが行われて次段の横シ
ールがし易いようにされ、横シール装置に於いて
はつぶしシール部位を含めて所定の横シールが行
われると共に該横シール装置内に設けられたカツ
ターにより横切断を行つて各袋ピースを切り離す
と共にチヤツクの外縁に於いては当該外縁の柔軟
シートを切断除去する切断ノツチを同時に形成さ
せ、順次チヤツク付袋を連続的に製造することが
出来るようにした技術的手段を講じたものであ
