字認識装置は、文字を書く時のストローク間の時
間を計測する計時部と、前記計時部において計測
された時間があらかじめ定められた閾値をこえた
時1文字の書き終りと判断して文字を認識する文
字認識部と、前記計時部における時間の計測をリ
