Conventionally, the following two types of devices have been mainly used for this purpose. One is Japanese Patent Publication No. 17534 (1983) and Japanese Patent Publication No. 17534 (1987).
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 110241, etc., the dental prosthesis is placed on a rotating tray and has a mechanism for irradiating the tray with actinic rays from a light source. The other type, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-221942, has a structure that includes a container made of glass or the like for housing a dental prosthesis, a fixed light source, and a reflective surface surrounding them. .

However, since all of these devices use a fixed light source, it is necessary to install a cooling fan for the light source in order to prevent the intensity of active rays from decreasing and becoming unstable due to an increase in the temperature of the light source, and to extend the life of the light source. In addition, in a device in which the dental prosthesis does not rotate, such as the device disclosed in JP-A No. 58-221942, a shadow tends to form on a part of the dental prosthesis, resulting in extremely uneven irradiation of active light. There was a drawback that curing of the photosensitive resin film was likely to occur due to insufficient irradiation with actinic rays. To eliminate such uneven irradiation, it is desirable to move the dental prosthesis three-dimensionally or use the entire surface surrounding the dental prosthesis as a light source to uniformly irradiate the entire dental prosthesis with actinic rays. but,
Moving a dental prosthesis three-dimensionally is thought to have more serious negative effects, such as deforming or cracking the dental prosthesis, than the conventional method of rotating the tray on which the prosthesis is placed. Furthermore, with current technology, it is difficult to inexpensively and compactly use the entire circumference as a light source.

As a result of various studies, the inventors of the present invention have found that the above problems can be solved by forming a light source to surround a fixed tray and rotating it instead of rotating the dental prosthesis as in the conventional case. The present invention was completed. That is, the present invention includes a fixed tray on which a dental prosthesis is placed, a light source that surrounds the fixed tray and irradiates actinic rays toward the fixed tray, and a drive device that rotates the light source around the fixed tray. The present invention provides a dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device characterized by the following.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of one embodiment of the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing the structure of a main part of an embodiment of the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device according to the present invention, which uses a rod-shaped fluorescent tube in combination as a light source. Fig. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing the main structure of one embodiment of the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device according to the present invention, which uses a plurality of light bulbs as a light source, and Fig. 5 shows a structure in which a plurality of light bulbs are used as a light source. An explanatory diagram showing the main structure of an example different from that used in FIG. 4,
FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of one embodiment of the electric circuit used in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram of one embodiment of the electric circuit used in the embodiment shown in FIG. In the drawings, 1 indicates a complete denture, a partial denture, whose surface is coated with a photosensitive resin, and the photosensitive resin film is photopolymerized and hardened by the apparatus according to the present invention.
A dental prosthesis such as a bridge, a single tooth, a dental crown, etc. 2 is a fixed tray on which the dental prosthesis 1 is placed, and the method of supporting this fixed tray 2 is shown in FIGS.
Structures that are integrally or removably fixed to a horizontally fixed shaft as shown in Figures 5 and 5 or vertically fixed shafts as shown in Figure 4 can be used, and the material is transparent to actinic rays. It is preferable to use a material with good properties, preferably glass or crystal, so that irradiation with actinic rays from below can be effectively utilized. Reference numeral 3 denotes a light source that surrounds the fixed tray 2 and irradiates active light toward the dental prosthesis 1 placed on the fixed tray 2. This light source 3 may be a circular fluorescent tube as shown in FIG. A ring-shaped light source is most desirable as there is no break in the light, but even if it is a combination of rod-shaped fluorescent tubes in a grid pattern as shown in Figure 3, multiple light sources can be used as shown in Figures 4 and 5. Even if a light bulb is used, it is sufficient that the dental prosthesis 1 is provided so as to be able to uniformly irradiate the entire dental prosthesis 1 with actinic rays when rotated by a drive device to be described later. 4 is a drive device consisting of a motor 4a, a gear 4b, a rotating shaft 4c, etc. When the light source 3 continuously rotates around the fixed tray 2 on which the dental prosthesis 1 is placed, the rotating shaft 4c As shown in Fig. 2, the slip ring 3
As shown in FIG. 3, a shaft reversing switch 4d is provided on the rotating shaft 4c to detect the rotation angle of the light source 3 and reverse the driving direction of the motor 4a. In this case, the light source 3 does not need to be rotated more than one revolution, and the structure can omit the slip ring 3a and brush 3b for supplying electricity to the light source 3.
Incidentally, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 6 in which the motor 4c does not rotate, a DC motor is used in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 in which the AC motor is reversed. It is not limited to these. 5 is provided so as to cover the rotating range of the light source 3, as shown in FIG. 1, in order to prevent injury or burns to fingers or fingers due to contact with the rotating light source 3. This is a canopy that can be opened and closed when the dental prosthesis 1 is placed on or taken out from the fixed tray 2, and this canopy 5 is designed to prevent accidental opening. It is desirable to have a structure that can be closed securely. 6 is a limit switch provided to detect that the canopy 5 is closed and prevent the light source 3 from rotating inadvertently when the canopy 5 is open; 7 is a limit switch for opening and closing the electric circuit of the entire device. 8 is a light switch that turns on the light source 3; 9 is a motor switch that rotates the motor 4a of the drive device 4;
Ry 1 is a contact unless light switch 8 is turned on.
Even if Ry 1 ' is open and motor switch 9 is turned on, light source 3 will not be turned on unless light switch 8 is turned on.
A relay provided to prevent rotation of the
Ry 2 is a relay that is activated when the motor switch 9 is turned on, and the contact Ry 2 ′ is switched from the state shown in FIG. 6 to the opposite state to energize the motor 4a. This is a shaft angle detection switch that detects the rotation angle and stops the motor 4a so as to stop the light source 3 at a position that does not hinder the loading and unloading of the dental prosthesis 1 into the fixed tray 2. 11 indicates the total lighting time of the light source 3. The cumulative lighting time display section 11a displays the total lighting time to warn of the lifespan of the annular fluorescent tube used as the light source 3, and to prevent damage to the photosensitive resin coating of the dental prosthesis 1 due to a decrease in the light intensity of the light source 3. An integration timer 12 for preventing curing defects automatically starts the motor 4a after irradiating the dental prosthesis 1 with actinic rays from the light source 3 for a desired time by setting the irradiation time of the actinic rays on the dental prosthesis 1. It is a timer to turn off the power,
This timer 12 may be of a type that selects from several types of preset curing times or of a type that sets the curing time each time it is used. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the timer display on the keyboard 12a Although an electric type is shown in which the time is set while checking the timer 12b, a spring type timer such as a timer used in a washing machine and the like which also functions as a motor switch 9 can also be used. Reference numeral 13 denotes a rectifier that converts alternating current into direct current when a direct current motor is used as the motor 4a. In addition, canopy 5, limit switch 6, shaft angle detection switch 1
0. It goes without saying that the integration timer 11, timer 12, etc. do not necessarily need to be provided, but by providing them, the safety of the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device according to the present invention is improved.
It can greatly improve ease of use, etc.
It is desirable that both are provided.

First about the operation of the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device according to the present invention having the above structure.
The explanation will be based on the embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 6. First, turn on the main switch 7, place the dental prosthesis 1 whose surface is coated with photosensitive resin on the fixed tray 2, close the canopy 5, close the limit switch 6, and in this state start the timer 12. Time setting is performed using the keyboard 12a shown in FIG. Next, when you turn on light switch 8,
The light source 3 lights up, the integration timer 11 starts integrating the lighting time, and the relay Ry 1 is activated and the contact is closed.
Ry 1 ′ is closed. When motor switch 9 is turned on in this state, timer 12 starts operating, relay Ry 2 is activated, contact Ry 2 ' is switched from the state shown in FIG. 6 to the opposite state, and motor 4 is switched on.
a is driven, and the light source 3 is rotated via the gear 4b, the rotating shaft 4c, etc., and the actinic rays are uniformly irradiated from the light source 3 over the entire dental prosthesis 1 placed on the fixed tray 2. It is. When the time set in the timer 12 has elapsed, the contact provided in the timer 12 is cut off and the operation of the relay Ry 2 is stopped, so that the contact Ry 2 ' returns to its original state as shown in FIG. 6. In this state, the light source 3 is at a desired stop position that does not hinder the insertion and removal of the dental prosthesis 1 into and out of the fixed tray 2, and the shaft angle detection switch 10
If the contact is open, the motor 4a is stopped, and if the light source 3 is not at the desired stop position and the contact of the shaft angle detection switch 10 is closed, the light source 3 is rotated to the desired stop position. When the contact point of the shaft angle detection switch 10 becomes open, the motor 4a is stopped and the rotation of the light source 3 is stopped.
Once the rotation of the light source 3 is stopped, the light switch 8 is turned off, the canopy 5 is opened, and the dental prosthesis 1 is removed from the fixed tray 2. Note that if you want to stop curing of the photosensitive resin applied to the surface of the dental prosthesis 1 midway through, you can turn off the light source 3 by turning off the light switch 7 or the light switch 8, or by opening the canopy 5 and turning off the limit switch 6. The light goes out and the rotation is stopped. However, unless the light switch 8 is turned off, the rotation of the motor 4a is immediately stopped at the point where each switch is turned off, and the light source 3 is in a half-hearted state that may hinder the insertion and removal of the dental prosthesis 1 into and out of the fixed tray 2. It is preferable to turn off the light switch 8 as much as possible since it is likely to be stopped at the same position. The embodiment shown in FIG. 4 differs only in that the fixed tray 2 is mounted on a vertically fixed shaft and the light source 3 rotates vertically, and the operation and function of each switch is the same as shown in FIG. This is exactly the same as the embodiment. Furthermore, the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 differ only in that a shaft reversing switch 4d is provided and a rectifying device 13 is provided in order to use a DC motor, and the operation and action of each switch are as follows. This is exactly the same as the above-described embodiment shown in FIG.

As explained above, the dental prosthesis photosensitive resin film curing device according to the present invention has a structure in which a dental prosthesis placed on a fixed tray is irradiated with active light from a light source that rotates around the dental prosthesis. Therefore, the dental prosthesis can be uniformly irradiated with actinic rays without uneven irradiation, and the entire photosensitive resin coated on the surface of the dental prosthesis can be uniformly cured. Since the dental prosthesis itself has a rotating structure, it is difficult for the temperature of the light source to rise, and there is no need to provide a cooling fan for the light source to prevent the intensity of active light from decreasing. Also, the dental prosthesis itself does not move, making it suitable for dental use. The prosthesis will not be deformed or cracked, making it a great contribution to the dental industry.
