(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) According to the conventional manufacturing method, the shapes, colors, patterns, etc. that appear on the product surface each express the color luster unique to the manufacturing method, but they cannot be easily affected by light projected from the outside. On the other hand,
There are no products that express glittering reflected light. For example, if the product is not a ceramic product, the purpose can be achieved by attaching glitter particles (glass particles or synthetic resin particles) to the top surface of a printed pattern or photograph, but if the product is not a ceramic product manufactured by high temperature firing or For tableware, etc. that are handled at relatively high temperatures, even if glass particles are attached with ordinary adhesives, they cannot withstand use, and synthetic resin particles may be thermally denatured or deformed, making them impractical. There were other problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention is a method of attaching glitter particles to the upper surface of conventionally known colors and patterns of ceramics, etc., and then baking them.
Alternatively, after attaching and baking the glittering particles, the above-mentioned conventional problems were solved by attaching a transparent glass plate to the upper surface thereof.

In other words, this invention provides a method for applying glaze on the fired surface of a ceramic product.
After painting and heating and firing for a short time, a transparent frit was thinly glazed on part or all of the fired surface, glittering particles were attached thereon, and the product was fired again to obtain a product. A product was also obtained by covering and sealing a transparent glass plate on top of the glittering small pieces of the product.

The glittering particles mentioned above include glass globules,
Alternatively, small glass fragments may be considered, and the quality of the glass should be selected depending on the intended use (for example, considering the melting point or refractive index).

In addition, the glitter treatment is applied to the graphic or color pattern part of the product, or to the entire surface of the product. In addition, the transparent glass plate is designed to cover the entire surface of the brightly treated part or product.

In the conventional technique described above, although the pattern surface has gloss, it is not possible to express glitter due to diffused reflection. Furthermore, even when a transparent glaze used for copper mounts, silver mounts, or cloisonné glazes is used, the surface of the product is glossy, but brilliance due to diffused reflection cannot be obtained.

In this invention, when glass globules are fired onto a white base glaze of stainless steel cloisonné, they may peel off after firing due to the large difference in body expansion coefficient (approximately 290×10 -7 ) between the white base glaze and the glass globules. However, according to this invention, a transparent frit with a body expansion coefficient (approximately 240×10 -7 ) is used as the adhesive, so the difference in expansion with the glass sphere is small, and Since the adhesion to the white base glaze is also good, it exhibits a kind of cushioning effect, and the glass globules are firmly adhesively fixed to the white base glaze layer through the transparent frit. As a result, it was possible to prevent glass globules and the like from peeling off during firing.

(Function) In the present invention, the patterned portion or the entire surface of the product is subjected to a glittering treatment, so that the patterned portion or the entire surface produces a glittering reflection of the projected light. Therefore, it is possible to express a glittering product, and it also gives a three-dimensional appearance to the colored pattern part and has the effect of making it easier to recognize.

Example 1 The surface of a plate 1 obtained by pressure forming a stainless steel plate was honed, and a white glaze was applied leaving a band around the periphery to provide a white base layer 2.
After drying and firing, a colored layer 3 of colored glaze is provided on the upper surface, and optional decoration is applied. After drying the colored layer 3, it is placed in a heating furnace and fired to a temperature of 780°C to 800°C. After firing for a predetermined time, it is taken out of the furnace, a transparent frit surface glaze layer 4 is provided on the top surface of the colored layer 3, and transparent micro glass spheres 5 (for example, diameter 1 mm) are placed in almost a line on the surface of the glaze layer 4. When the glass bulbs 5 and the colored layer 3 are firmly adhered to each other, the glass bulbs 5 and the colored layer 3 are firmly attached. In this case, since the glass bulb 5 reflects the projected light beam with high efficiency, it becomes a glittering display, and the pattern etc. can be made to stand out even more.

Example 2 The surface of a plate 1 obtained by pressure forming a stainless steel plate was honed, and a white glaze was applied leaving a strip around the periphery to provide a white base layer 2.
After drying and firing, a colored layer 3 of colored glaze is provided on the upper surface, and optional decoration is applied. After drying the colored layer 3, it is placed in a heating furnace and fired to a temperature of 780°C to 800°C. After firing for a predetermined period of time, the colored layer 3 is removed from the furnace, a transparent frit surface glaze layer 4 is provided on the entire surface of the colored layer 3, and transparent micro glass spheres 5 (for example, diameter 1 mm) are approximately placed on the surface of the glaze layer 4. The glass bulbs 5 and the colored layer 3 are firmly adhered by spraying them in a single line, placing the whole body in a heating furnace, firing it for 3 to 4 minutes at a temperature of 780°C to 800°C, and then slowly cooling it. . Next, a transparent glass plate 6 is placed on top of the glass bulb 5, a transparent glaze is applied to the periphery of the transparent glass plate 6 and the surface of the plate 1, and fired for a short time (about 780°C).
The part to which the glass bulb 5 is fixed can be enclosed with a transparent glass plate 6.

According to the above embodiment, the surface of the product becomes smooth, so that it can be used as a practical plate (for example, a serving plate for sweets, etc.).

Example 3 In this example, no pattern is provided on the surface of the plate. After baking the white base layer 2, a thin layer of transparent frit is applied to the top surface of the white base layer 2, and then small pieces of glass are sprinkled on top of it to make it adhere. Put it in a heating furnace and bring it to a temperature of 780.
Heat and bake at ℃~800℃. Next, a transparent glass plate with a painted back side is attached to the top of the small glass fragment, and after applying glaze to the periphery of the transparent glass plate and the top surface of the plate 1, the periphery is sealed by firing for a short time. .

(Effect of the invention) That is, according to this invention, the upper surface of the graphic or color pattern part of the ceramic product manufactured by the usual procedure,
Alternatively, since glittering particles such as small glass spheres or small glass fragments are attached to the entire surface and then fired, the glittering process can be firmly applied to the pattern. Furthermore, if a transparent glass plate is applied to the upper surface of the glittering particles, the surface of the product can be made smooth without losing the glittering properties.
