量に対応して定まる。従つて特に自動かえし機構
等を付設して何等人手を要しない自動餅搗機を連
続運転するには常に定まつた量の餅原料を臼体に
供給する必要がある。しかし従来の臼体内への餅
原料(蒸米そのものの場合でもまた練状のものの
場合でも)一回毎計量し、手で臼体内へ投入して
いたものである。勿論蒸米のものに於ては、直ぐ
に臼体で杵打せずに臼体内に設けた羽根、その他
で練状にしてから杵打するものである。また練状
のものは一般に食品加工に多用されている押出成
型機において蒸米を混捏し、所定の押出口より練
状餅原料を押出するものであるが、所定量毎に押
出しを行いこれを臼体に供給すると自動供給問題
が解決すると考えられるが、しかし餅原料は餅米
の炊き方で蒸米の水分含有量、空気の含み具合等
の要因が大きく左右されるので、必ずしも同一容
積の蒸米が同一重量とはならないので、容積を基
準としては餅原料を適切に供給することはできな
い。また押出成型機より押出された餅原料は棒状
となるので臼体への自動供給に不便である。そこ
で本発明は餅搗機への所定量の餅原料を適格に供

の臼体aと連結するガイド板35を設けてなる。
受容器駆動部4はモータを内蔵し、前記内受容器
部31を回転駆動せしめるものである。計量部5
は前記受容器3及び受容器駆動部4を載置し、こ
れらの重量変化を計測し、開閉部2のシリンダー
22及び受容器3の開閉部材34の開閉動作をコ
