The present invention was devised in view of the above problems, and consists of a shaped object and a base on which the shaped object is placed, and the shaped object is formed into a predetermined shape from a material that is melted by heating. At the same time, there is a core inside that does not melt even when heated.
The base has a two-part mold formed in its lower part into which the melt is poured, and its upper part has an injection port for pouring the melt into the mold, and an inclined surface that slopes from the periphery toward the injection port. It has a formed configuration.

With the above configuration, when the shaped article is heated, the shaped article melts and flows out, and the core body is exposed from within the shaped article. Further, the flowing melt falls onto the base, travels along the inclined surface, and is poured into the mold through the injection port. After the melt has solidified, the mold can be divided to take out a new molded object from inside.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a shaped object having a predetermined external appearance made of wax, and a core body 2 which has an internal appearance different from the above-mentioned external appearance and is integrally molded from aluminum.
is provided. Reference numeral 3 denotes a base on which the modeled object 1 is placed, and is composed of a female mold 3a and a male mold 3b, and an injection port 3c for injecting the melt into the molds 3a and 3b and a surrounding area on the top thereof. An inclined surface 3d is formed which slopes from the injection port 3c toward the injection port 3c.

Therefore, by heating the shaped object 1 from the outside, the wax melts and flows out, and the core body 2 is exposed from the inside. The melt that has flowed out is poured into the molds 3a and 3b from the injection port 3c along the inclined surface 3d. After the melt solidifies, the female mold 3a

will be formed.

In the above embodiments, the external heating means may include hot air, direct light from a lamp, etc., or the shaped object itself may be a candle and the object may be melted by itself by lighting it.

In this embodiment, the shaped object 1 is heated and melted from the outside, but it is also possible to heat the core body 2 with electricity or a heating reaction between quicklime and water and melt it from the inside. In this case, the meltability can be further improved by using a core with high thermal conductivity.

Moreover, the shaped object 5 can be made into a candle by providing a candle wick in the female mold 3a and the male mold 3b.

In the above embodiments, the modeled object has been explained using wax, but it goes without saying that it may also be formed using tyokolate, starch syrup, or the like.
