Therefore, after assembling the main body frame, it is necessary to apply the coating using electrodeposition coating, etc., which requires large-scale painting equipment, and each component is joined in spots, so there is no space between each component. This caused problems such as air leakage.

The exhaust hole side corner portion of at least one side of the frame portion is formed at a substantially right angle with a notch provided in the upper end portion, and the closing plate is connected to the upper end portion of the frame portion by winding and tightening. The body frame of the ventilation fan is manufactured by bringing it into contact with the side corner of the exhaust hole to close the notch.

This eliminates the need for anti-rust coating after the main body frame is assembled. Furthermore, since the frame and the top plate are not connected in spots but in their entirety, there are no gaps and no air leakage occurs.

A mounting piece 2 is formed, a squeeze piece 3 is provided on the upper side edge of the processed steel plate, and both longitudinal ends of the strip are tied together and caulked to form a frame shape. An exhaust hole 4 is provided at one end of one side of the frame 1, and a corner 15 on the side of the exhaust hole 4 is formed at a substantially right angle.
Further, the upper end of this corner 15 is provided with a notch 5 for release of a roll of a seaming machine, which will be described later.

It is closed by joining and fixing it to the frame part 1. After this closure, the hole formed by the notch 5 is closed by a closing plate 14 bent at 90 degrees, with one piece of the closing plate 14 abutting against the frame 1 and the other piece against the top plate 6.

As shown in FIG. 4, the width between the closing plate 14 and the exhaust hole 4 is small, and it protrudes outward from the squeeze part 9 of the top plate 6, weakening its strength.
This prevents damage during transportation or installation work.

気もれもなくなる。 When the fan 11 is driven by the electric motor 7, the air taken into the main body frame from the intake grille 13 is exhausted from the exhaust hole 4 and ventilation is performed. Since the frame part 1 and the top plate 6 are formed by winding and tightening, there is no leakage from the joint between the frame part 1 and the top plate 6. Further, the hole formed by the notch 5 at the upper end of the corner portion 15 is closed by the closing plate 14, and air leakage therefrom is also eliminated.

When 1 is a centrifugal type, it is important to locate the outlet as close as possible to the inner wall surface of the frame 1 and to provide the air chamber of the fan 11 to fill this space. The corner 15 of the frame 1 near the exhaust hole 4 needs to be formed at a substantially right angle.

However, since the notch 5 is provided at the upper end of the corner 15 of the frame 1, there is an escape when the top plate 6 is wrapped around the frame 1, and the corner 15 of the frame 1 is formed at an almost right angle. It is possible to perform winding and tightening processing even if it is left in place.

There is no need to apply paint to the body frame formed by the process, and therefore there is no need for large-scale painting equipment for painting a large body frame.

法を提供することができる。Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, a frame portion formed into a frame shape from a strip of processed steel plate with a coating film etc. and a top plate are joined by a tightening process, and the frame portion Since the main body frame is formed with the exhaust hole side corner on one side at a right angle, there is no need for large-scale painting equipment, reducing costs, and improving the adhesion between the frame and the top plate. This increases efficiency by reducing air leakage, making it possible to use the space within the frame more effectively and improving performance, as well as increasing the rust prevention effect. In addition, the wrapping process between the frame and the top plate over the entire circumference in order to improve adhesion can be easily achieved by providing a notch at the upper end of the corner of the frame. The closing plate that closes the hole created by the notch reinforces the nearby area where the strength has been reduced due to the notch, and improves the strength of the ventilation fan body frame. A manufacturing method can be provided.
