INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a preparation that promotes the growth of Bifidobacterium and other useful lactic acid bacteria by applying a preparation containing garlic extract components to the human intestine, animal intestine, or to a lactic acid bacteria production process. Conventional technology The usefulness of Bifidobacterium and other useful lactic acid bacteria in humans and animals is gradually becoming clearer, but the items that have been mostly clarified so far include (1) Improvement of constipation (2) Improvement of diarrhea ( 3) Improvement of liver diseases, (4) Increased resistance to infectious diseases, and (5) Antitumor effects. If we consider the mechanism of these effects, for example in the case of constipation, the intestines of animals tend to become slightly alkaline, but when Bifidobacterium etc. actively proliferate, they produce acids, which makes the intestines acidic and increases motility. This eventually relieves constipation and improves various medical conditions. Problems to be Solved by the Invention In general, the reason why such symptoms tend to occur is that many of the Bifidobacterium and other useful lactic acid bacteria are anaerobic and live in areas such as the large intestine where air cannot reach them. Therefore, food for these creatures is difficult to reach.
Furthermore, even if some food arrives, many harmful bacteria eat up the food and produce harmful substances. As described above, the growth of Bifidobacterium and other useful lactic acid bacteria within the animal body is not favorable. Therefore, the present inventor conducted intensive research with the aim of developing a growth factor (feed) that can be selectively ingested by Bifidobacterium and other useful lactic acid bacteria. Note that these symptoms are widely recognized in animals other than humans, and the same holds true for the usefulness of lactic acid bacteria other than Bifidobacterium. Means for Solving the Problems As a result of intensive research, the present inventors found that garlic extract components, especially Oxoamidine (registered trademark) manufactured by Riken Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. or Odorless Garlic Powder (trademark)
The present invention was completed based on the discovery that this is effective. Regarding oxoamidine, clinical experiments have been conducted on a large number of patients with gastrointestinal disorders, and the results have shown that it is effective or highly effective, and it is clear that oxoamidine selectively proliferates beneficial bacteria without causing harmful intestinal bacteria to proliferate. The details of the present invention will be explained below using experiments and examples. Effect The effects of garlic extract components, especially oxoamidine, on bifidobacteria and other lactic acid bacteria will be clarified through the following various experiments. Experiment 1 Commercially available oligosaccharide and oxoamidine were dissolved in 9 ml of a mixed solution of 1% peptone and 0.5% salt as a culture solution to a concentration of 1% or 10%, respectively, and cooked meat was sterilized at 121°C for 15 minutes in the sterilized solution. Add 1 ml of Bifidobacterium diluted solution (1.0×10 4 cells/
ml) and cultured anaerobically at 37°C for 2 and 4 days, and the number of proliferating bacteria was counted after each culture. The results were as shown in Table 1. Experiment 2 An experiment similar to Experiment 1 was conducted on Facillus faecalis. The results were as shown in Table 2. Experiment 3 An experiment similar to Experiment 1 was conducted using Lactobacillus. The results were as shown in Table 3. Experiment 4 Elderly people were asked to ingest commercially available oligosaccharides and oxoamidin, and their feces were examined 4 days later to measure bifidobacteria. The results are shown in Table 4. Experiment 5 Commercially available oligosaccharides and oxamidine were administered to chickens, and 4 days later, Lactobacillus bacteria in their feces were measured. The results are shown in Table 5. From the above experimental results, it can be confirmed that garlic extract components act effectively both in vitro and in clinical tests. Example 1 Oxoamidine powder (registered trademark) manufactured by Riken Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. or odorless garlic powder was used directly or

でき、きわめて有用である。[Table] Add excipients such as calcium preparations and fill them into tablets or sugar-coated tablets or capsules, or use oxamidine or odorless garlic as it is or add various flavorings to prepare various liquid preparations. Used as a drug or health food for the growth of Bifidobacterium and other useful lactic acid bacteria. The average yield was 95%. Example 2 An additive for the lactic acid bacteria manufacturing industry is prepared using a method similar to Example 1. The average yield was 95%. Example 3 An animal drug or feed is prepared by a method similar to Example 1. The average yield was 95%. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, it has been found that garlic extract components, especially oxoamidine manufactured by Riken Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. or odorless garlic, have a growth-promoting effect on bifidobacteria and other useful lactic acid bacteria. Since it promotes the growth of Bifidobacterium and other useful lactic acid bacteria in the intestines of animals, it can be used as medicines, health foods, veterinary medicines, and feed. It can also be used as an additive in the culture process in the production process of lactic acid bacteria, making it extremely useful.
