業によつて組付けを行つている。 Conventionally, the work of assembling a blade member to a member to be assembled requires steps such as aligning and assembling the surfaces of those members, and requires complicated movements of those members. For this reason, mechanization has conventionally been considered difficult, and assembly has been carried out exclusively by hand by workers.

For this reason, the assembly work is highly difficult and the number of workers is limited to skilled workers. Moreover, even when the assembly work is performed by a skilled person, there are large variations in the quality of the assembly. For example, there is a problem in that after assembly, there are variations in the unloading load of each blade member and the pitch between each blade member. .

In a blade member assembly device that attaches a blade member to a member to be assembled by press-fitting the blade member into each set of formed engagement grooves, an indexing device that rotates the member to be assembled and indexes the engagement groove to a predetermined position. a mechanism, and an assembly jig whose tip part moves back and forth with respect to the indexed predetermined engagement groove and holds the blade member in a predetermined attitude by an elastic member. and a hammer member that presses the protrusion into the engagement groove by hitting the blade member whose protrusion is temporarily inserted into the engagement groove using the assembly jig. It is something.

Further, the member to be assembled has a plurality of sets of engagement grooves formed on a predetermined circumference. In this assembled member, each set of engagement grooves is sequentially indexed to a predetermined position by an indexing mechanism. On the other hand, the blade member is indexed and held at the tip of a jig that moves back and forth relative to the assembled member, but the tip is held in a predetermined posture by an elastic member. When the jig moves forward with respect to the part to be assembled, the protrusions of the blade members are temporarily inserted into the corresponding engagement grooves without completely engaging, and at that time, the tip of the jig becomes elastic. The posture changes against the elastic force of the members, resulting in a state of so-called temporary assembly. Thereafter, the hammer member operates to strike the blade member, so that each protrusion is press-fitted into the engagement groove, and the main assembly is performed, completing the assembly of one blade member.

きる。Effects of the Invention As explained above, in the device of the present invention, the blade member, which is elastically rotatably held at the tip, is moved forward with respect to the engagement groove indexed by the indexing mechanism, and temporarily When they are fitted, the tip of the jig elastically changes its posture to maintain the temporarily assembled state, and then the hammer member hits the blade member and press-fits the protrusion into the engagement groove. Therefore, the blade members can be automatically assembled efficiently while maintaining assembly accuracy. Further, since the indexing of the member to be assembled and the holding of the blade member can be performed with constant precision at all times, variations in the assembly accuracy of the blade member can be prevented.
