本発明は建築物の窓の改装方法に関し、さらに
詳細には古い窓の金属製の窓枠を取り外す方法に

ある取付部材によつて数箇所古い窓枠に固定する
ので、強度的に十分とはいい難く、さらに、新し
い窓枠は古い窓枠の上に取り付けることになり、
古い窓枠に比べ一まわり小さなものとなるので、
やはり古い窓枠は取り外して新しい窓枠を取り付

が悪い。さらに小さな窓には使用できないという

張圧発生剤を充填するとともに、その穴を明けた
ときに窓枠に形成された孔を密閉蓋で塞ぎ、放置
して膨張圧発生剤を膨張させ、その膨張圧力で躯

の裏側に設けた取付金具としてのアンカー4を溶
接して固定し、その後にその取り付け箇所を囲む
ようにモルタル5を壁開口部と窓枠との間に充填
し、さらにこのモルタル5間の隙間にもモルタル
5′を詰る。壁開口部2と窓枠1との間がかなり
狭いため、一般的に壁開口部2と窓枠1との間に
モルタル5,5′が完全に充填されない箇所6が

のまま半日ないし1日放置させる。膨張圧発生剤
7は水と混合してから10分以内に孔から充填しな
ければならない。また、充填するにあたつてはモ

を膨張させ、その膨張圧力で躯体から窓枠を引き
離すことを特徴とする窓枠取り外し方法。1.
