どれだけの間隔で穿孔するかが重要な意味をもつ
てくる。すなわち、被作図物である印刷版の版端
とパンチピン穴との距離(以下、くわえ寸法と記
す)を任意に設定可能にすることは、印刷工程に
おいて、極めて重要な要件となる。印刷版は印刷
される絵柄等が焼付けられたのち、現像工程を経
て印刷可能な版となり、印刷機の版胴に取付けら
れて印刷を行う。版胴に印刷版を取り付ける際
は、パンチピン穴と版胴のピン穴を重ねて一つの
ピンを差し込むことで、版胴上での印刷版の位置
決めを行い、次に、版端を版万力等で押さえ込む
ことで印刷版を版胴に固定する。(または、版曲
げ機で印刷版のパンチピン穴を基準に版端を折り
曲げ、その後、パンチピン穴と版胴のピン穴を重
ねて一つのピンを差し込むことで、版胴上での印

いて、Y軸方向に移動可能な支持台と、該支持台
上に微調整可能に設けられ、前記被作図物に突当
て可能な一対の突当てブロツクよりなる見当装置
を有し、前記載置された被作図物の突当て位置を
可変とすることで被作図物の任意の位置に穿孔可

シヤフト16を介して偏軸方向に摺動自在となる
様に取付けられ、さらにボールスクリユー15を
噛合わせることにより、偏軸方向に対する位置決
めが可能となつている。モーター20はモーター
