本発明は車等に搭載される空調機に関するもの

が行なえると言う欠点があつた。さらに、空調機
が動作していない時は煙センサへ煙を導く気流が
ないため煙センサ内に煙が達しにくく、煙センサ
の煙の濃度の検出能力を発揮できず、空調機が動
作していても、常に煙センサへ煙を適当に導くと
は限らず人が煙に対して不快と感じる程度と空気
清浄機が動作する煙の程度が合わないという欠点
を持つていた。

うに、車室1内の空気の循環用の内気吸入口2及
び排出口3を有する内気循環用管部5と、外気を
取込む外気吸入口4を有する外気導入管部17と
を連通し、この連通部分と排出口3との間の内気
循環用管部5に内気吸入口2側より、空調用の熱
交換器6、フアン7、可動フイルタ8を順次配設
し、一番排出口3に近い所に煙センサ9を配設し
て、外気導入管部17に内外気切換器10を配設
してある。ここで、フアン7は内気吸入口2及び
外気吸入口4より空気を吸い上げ、排出口3より
空気を排出し、可動フイルタ8は内気循環用管部
5を外方にふくらませた凹部12に一端を支点と
して回転するように取付け、煙センサ9の制御に
より図中破線のように内気循環用管部5の凹部上
面に可動側が係止して、内気循環用管部5に介入
離脱自在にして汚れた空気の過を行う、内外気
切換器10は外気導入管部17の上面に一端を支
点として回転するように取付け、可動フイルタ8
と同様に煙センサ9の制御により図中の破線のよ
うに外気導入管部17の上面まで回転し、外気の
導入を行うものである。なお、可動フイルタ8の
取付けられた内気循環管部5の凹部12の一部は
取り外し自在として、可動フイルタ8が汚れた場
合の交換が可能としてある。次に煙センサ9につ
いて説明する。

の煙センサ9の電源としては、バツテリ11の電
源電圧をヒユーズ16を介してスイツチ13の低
速、中速及び高速切換にてフアン7を回転させる

検出を行い易い空調機内に配設してあることによ
り、煙センサ9の煙の検出能力を向上させること
ができる。一方、外気導入状態の場合は可動フイ
ルタ8の装着のみを行う。したがつて、常に外気
を導入して空気の清浄化をある程度行つているこ
とになる。ここで外気がデイーゼル車等の排気ガ
ス等により汚れている場合、煙センサ9の検出レ
ベル以上に汚れていれば可動フイルタ8が投入さ
れるので問題はなく、外気の清浄化も行なわれ
る。なお、煙センサ9の出力を2段階にして、空
気の汚れのひどいとき可動フイルタ8を投入する

が汚れている場合でも外気が汚れている場合で
も、車室内には清浄な空気のみが流入するもので
あつて、汚れた空気が車室内に流入することがな
いものである。そして上記煙センサは、内気を循
環させる場合の内気の汚れだけでなく、外気を導
入する場合の外気の汚れも検出することができる
ものであつて、単一の煙センサで内気と外気の両
方の汚れ具合を検出できる上に、内気と外気とを
混合している状態でも汚れ具合を検出できるもの
であり、しかも可動フイルタの後段に位置してい
るために、空気の清浄化の程度も検出することが
できるとともに、内気と外気との切換の判断も適
切に行うことができるものである。
