定ピン9を中心にチエンジレバー10を第3図の
左右に揺動すれば、シフトアーム4,5の係合部
4a,5aにチエンジレバー10が係脱すること
になり、そして係合部4a又は5aに係合させて
チエンジレバー10を第3図の表裏方向に揺動操
作すれば、操作軸2又は3の操作アーム2a又は

ことになり、チエンジレバー10を第4図のよう
にガイド溝11の右方の溝11bに移動して右方
のシフトアーム4の係合部4aに外嵌したとき
は、牽制片12の右方の係合溝12cは係合部4
aから外れるが、左方の係合溝12bはシフトア
ーム5の係合部5aに外嵌することになり、この
シフトアーム5の妄動が牽制片12によつて阻止
されるように構成し、そして図示は省略している
が、チエンジレバー10を、ガイド溝11の左右
の溝11a,11bの中央の中立溝11cに置い
たときは、牽制片12の係合溝12bは係合部5
aに、又、係合溝12cは係合部4aに、夫々外
嵌して、双方のシフトアーム4,5を共に阻止す
るように構成している。

置の如き、チエンジガイドと牽制片が互いに大き
く離れていることによる調整操作のむつかしさ
を、この発明によつて解消し得たのである。
