車体側部材に装着するスポイラーの取付構造に関

ラー2を装着した場合の取付例を示しており、図
示したごとくリヤバンパー5の端部5aにリヤス
ポイラー2のフランジ2aを当接させてマシンボ
ルト6、及びスプリングナツト7を用いて両者を
螺合固定している。該リヤスポイラー2の他端部
2b及び2cは単にリヤバンパー5の表面に当接
させているのが通例であり、更には両面テープ等
を用いて前記他端部2b,2cをリヤバンパー5
に接着する例も一部で実施されている。尚リヤス
ポイラー2の下端部近傍にウエルドボルト10,
10を立設してリヤバンパー5に開設した孔部5
d,5dに嵌合し、ナツト11を用いて螺合固定
した例も知られている。上記実施例はリヤスポイ
ラー2とリヤバンパー5との連結構造の一例を示
したものであるが、その他のサイドスポイラー及
びリヤスポイラーの取付構造にあつても略同一の

リヤスポイラー2のフランジ2aにも孔部2d,
2dが開口されていて、該リヤスポイラー2のフ
ランジ2aをリヤバンパー5の端部5aに当接さ
せてタツピングスクリユー6及びスプリングナツ
ト7を用いて両者を螺合固定するようにしてあ
る。更にリヤスポイラー2の他端部任意の位置、
図示例にあつてはフランジ2eの近傍に複数個の
ボス7,7……を立設し、該ボス7,7の頂部に
は螺子孔7a,7a……が螺刻されている。又リ
ヤバンパー5には、前記ボス7,7と対向する位
置に複数個の孔部5c,5cが開口形成されてい
て、この孔部5c,5cに前記ボス7,7を嵌合
して、リヤバンパー5の裏面から穴明きリテーナ
8及び螺子部材9,9……を用いて該穴明きリテ
ーナ8をリヤスポイラー2の前記ボス7,7……
へ螺合固定する。第2A図及び第2B図は上記の
螺合固定部分の要部を示す断面図である。尚図示
例の場合、リヤスポイラー2の下端部近傍にウエ
ルドナツト10,10を立設してリヤバンパー5
に開設した孔部5d,5dに嵌合し、ナツト11
を用いて螺合固定することによつて、より取付性

発明の効果

る一方、該スポイラーの他端部で且つ前記車体側
部材に当接する部位に複数個のボスを立設し、該
ボスの立設位置と対応する車体側部材に複数個の
孔部を開口形成して、該孔部内に前記ボスを嵌合
して穴明きリテーナ及び螺子部位材を用いて前記
ボスと車体側部位材とを螺合固定したので、いか
に記す作用効果が得られる。即ち車体側部材に対
して各種スポイラーが複数箇所で支持固定されて
いるので、該スポイラーの車体側部材への取付強
度が高められて、該スポイラーの浮き上がり現象
又は熱収縮による変形が防止されるので、フラン
ジ内部に補強芯金が不要となり、製造コストダウ
ンとなつた。従つて走行時の振動に起因するスポ
イラーのがたつき、又は脱落等の事故を無くすこ
とが出来る上、長時間に亙つて外観を良好に保持
することが出来るという利点をもたらすものであ
