この発明はALC板を構造物躯体に取付けるた
めALC板母材中に埋込むナツトを備えた埋込金

外す必要があつた。すなわち、機械化してナツト
を開口せしめることができず、繁雑な手作業を必

ナツトネジ孔に嵌挿する充填材は、ALC板の
オートクレーブ養生温度で溶融し体積を減少する

から所定の長さ突出せしめておくのが好ましい。
突出長さが短いとネジ孔外側に形成される空隙が
小となり、ネジ孔を外側に開口する際、刃物とナ
ツトとの間隙が狭くなり、接触の危険性を生じ好
ましくない。また、突出長さが長すぎると複数の
ALC板を所定厚さにピアノ線等でスライスして
製造する際に、ピアノ線等の切断具に充填材が当
接する可能性を生じ好ましくない。一般に、突出
