(Prior art) The paper threading device of a conventional printing press is shown in FIGS. 9 to 11.
To explain based on the diagram, first, the function required of the conveyor belt 01 in the paper threading device is one corner 03 (commonly called tab ) and connect it to the conveyor belt 01 that circulates at the same speed as the rotary press, starting from the paper entry section of the rotary press, passing through many paper guide rolls 05 and various processing sections before and after printing, and then to the folding machine 06. The printing paper 02 is guided along the path as it is until the entrance of the final process, and when it reaches the entrance of the final process, the connection to the conveyor belt 01 by the tab string 08 is released and the paper threading task is completed. It happened. Also, the guide roll of the conveyor belt 0
7 is usually one end of paper feeding rolls such as paper guide roll 05 (can be either left or right as the paper advances)
A roller with the same diameter as the paper feed roll is provided.

However, the path of the printing paper 02 is not limited to just one standard line; even if the same rotary press is used, depending on the type and content of printing, it may additionally pass through a turn bar or another processing step, for example. Since there are many numbers, they are used in combinations of several series (A series, B series, C series, etc.). For this reason, it has been desired to provide as many conveyor belts 01 as there are series of printing sheets 02.

By the way, as mentioned above, in order to easily transfer the printing paper 02 from the A series to the B series, for example, the connection part 04 to the conveyor belt 01 is connected to the A series conveyor belt 01 in advance of the printing paper 02. It is necessary to transfer the transfer belt from the B-series to the B-series conveyor belt. Conventionally, this connection part 04 relied on the method of manually connecting the tab string 08 to the long hole 09 of the conveyor belt, so quickness was required. However, it is difficult to carry out this operation, so generally only one standard line (for example, A line) is equipped with a conveyor belt, and the transfer and conveyance of printing paper to other lines is entirely done manually. The reality is that they rely on it, and as a result, it has the following shortcomings.

In other words, paper threading work that relies on manual labor requires many people,
Not only is this process time consuming and inefficient, but it also has the drawback that unskilled workers are likely to cause the paper to wrinkle or tear. Also, if the paper feeding route is complicated,
There was a high possibility of making a mistake in the route.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention attempts to solve the problems of conventional methods such as inefficiency, paper wrinkles and tears, and mistakes in routes when the route is complicated. .

(Means for solving the problem) A main body having a plurality of series of perforated belts each stretched on one side of the belt along a predetermined path of the printing paper, and an engagement portion with the end tab string of the printing paper. , a connecting member provided protrudingly on both sides of the main body and having a connecting part to the belt, and a moving member that moves the connecting member from one side of the perforated belt to the other and from the other side to change the grip. The present invention has a configuration including a grip changing mechanism, and uses this as a means to solve the problem.

(Function) Now, since the printing paper is connected to the connecting member,
By engaging the connecting member and the grip change mechanism, the printing paper and the perforated belt can be instantly connected, and the belt and the printing paper can also be separated instantly. Furthermore, when transferring printed paper to another process or returning once transferred, the connecting member is changed by the grip changing mechanism.

(Embodiment) Below, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and 1 is a conveyor belt, which is conventional in material, thickness, width, etc. It's no different. In addition, the tip tab 3 of the web (printing paper) 2 is connected to the conveyor belt 1 with a string 8,

Furthermore, the grip change mechanism 14 has the function of transferring the lead 10 from the A series conveyor belt to the B series conveyor belt, or conversely, returns the lead 10 from the B series to the A series.

I own 8. Lower guide 15 and lower roll 16
On the other hand, the upper guide 17 and the upper roll 18 are connected to the lead 1.
If the conveyor belts 0 and 0 are not transferred to conveyor belts of other series, they may be placed in positions far apart from each other (FIG. 1 A), but if they are transferred, they should be placed close to each other as shown in FIG. Lead 1 on the flat surface of the outer periphery
Push up the lower wedge-shaped head 11 of the upper roll 1
The outer peripheral recessed portion 8 allows this movement, and the lead 10 is transferred to the B series conveyor belt. The elongated holes 9 of the conveyor belts 9 of both series A and B need to approach each other with the same phase and the same speed. This is detected by a sensor (not shown), and a known control mechanism is used to adjust the phase of the elongated holes 9 and rolls 16, 18. This problem can be sufficiently solved by driving at a constant speed.

Here, by using the apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 when threading paper through a rotary press, the tip tab string 8 of the web 2 is tied to the lead 10 in advance, and the slit-like elongated hole 9 provided in the conveyor belt 1 is tied to the lead 10 in advance. When the lead 10 is pushed in with the tip of a finger, the connection between the web 2 and the conveyor belt 1 is instantaneously completed. Conversely, when removing the tab string 8 from the conveyor belt 1, the same operation is simply performed in the opposite direction, and the connection between the web 2 and the conveyor belt 1 can be instantly disconnected.

Next, transfer web 2 to another series of processes (for example, A
(from the B series to the B series, from the B series to the C series), or when returning a previously transferred item, the lower guide 15 and After the upper guide 17 detects and aligns the phases using a sensor (not shown) so that the elongated holes 9 of both conveyor belts 1 are in the same phase, the upper guide 17 works in conjunction with the lower roll 16 and the upper roll 18 to align the two series. The conveyor belt is brought into contact with the reed 10 to change the grip. The movements of these guides 15, 17 and rolls 16, 18 can be easily realized by incorporating a known control mechanism, and can also be fully automated.

Next, FIGS. 5 to 8 show the structure of another embodiment of the present invention, in which the lead 10a is connected to a nail bar 19.
The hole 13a for tying a tab string is formed at the end of the plate 20, and the opposite end of the plate 20 has a bent hole 13a attached to the plate 20. A section 21 is formed and guided by the swing motion of a foil 22, so that the gripping operation can be performed from the A-series conveyor belt 1 to the B-series conveyor belt 1. In this embodiment, the lower guide 15a and the upper guide 17a may be fixed. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, if the central section of the conveyor belt 1 is formed with a special mesh cloth band 23 endlessly in the longitudinal direction of the belt, the phase synchronization of the elongated holes 9, which was necessary in the previous embodiment of the present invention, can be achieved. The lead 10a can be fixed at any position on the conveyor belt, and the apparatus can be simplified. It goes without saying that the use of the fabric band 23 can also be applied to the previous embodiments of the present invention.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is configured as described in detail above, printing paper can be quickly fixed to or removed from the perforated belt, and it can be applied to various combinations of printing paper flow sequences. By making it possible to use perforated belts and automating them in combination with various control devices, it is possible to prevent operational errors, which is highly effective in terms of labor saving, efficiency improvement, and quality control.
