In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of cooked or semi-cooked foods that can be served on the table by simply reheating them in a microwave oven, etc. In order to prevent the taste and quality of such foods from deteriorating, it is necessary to protect them from light, air, etc. It is common to use packaging materials that use metal foil such as aluminum foil, which has excellent barrier properties against moisture, for sealed packaging.

To avoid this, the packaging bag is opened, the contents are removed, and the contents are transferred to another container and heated. However, even in that case, it is necessary to further wrap the container with wrap film, which is very troublesome.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention laminates a heat-sealing layer on the inner surface of a synthetic resin base material and a metal foil on the outer surface with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and heat-seals the heat-sealing layers on the inner surface with each other. In the sealed packaging bag, the adhesive layer is provided intermittently or the adhesive strength is weakened so that the metal foil can be manually peeled off from the base material.

When the metal foil of the packaging bag is removed, a bag made of a synthetic resin base remains, and since this does not reflect high frequencies, it can be used as is for cooking in a microwave oven.

FIG. 1 shows a packaging material used in the packaging bag of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the packaging material 1 is made by laminating a heat sealing layer 3 on the inner surface of a synthetic resin base material 2 and a metal foil 6 such as aluminum on the outer surface with an intermittent adhesive layer 4 interposed therebetween. Note that it is preferable to provide a surface protective layer 7 on the outer surface of the metal foil 6. This layer 7 is formed by coating with a synthetic resin or bonding a synthetic resin film.

Furthermore, for the purpose described later, it is preferable to provide a band-shaped part to which no adhesive is applied, that is, an adhesive-free band 5, along the unsealing part.

The bag 10 is completed by heat-sealing the bag on three sides except for the 3 sides to form a heat-sealed portion 12 as shown by the chain line. Of course, the contents are sealed inside the bag 10.

レンジに入れて調理すればよい。 In order to use the packaging bag 10 for cooking, the packaging bag 10 is first cut along the adhesive cutout zone 5 shown by the dotted line in FIG. Since there is no adhesive layer 4 at this cut end, the metal foil 6 and the base material 2 are separated, and the metal foil 6 can be pinched by hand. When the metal foil 6 is pulled along with the surface protective layer 7 using this as a clue, it is peeled off from the base material 2. bag 1

As described above, since the packaging bag of the present invention is made of a laminate of a synthetic resin base material and metal foil, it is strong and has excellent barrier properties, and can sufficiently withstand handling such as distribution and storage. It is possible to prevent the contents from deteriorating in quality, and since the metal foil is made removable, it can be used as is for cooking in a microwave oven by simply removing the metal foil.
