プにおいて、特に耐摩耗性を向上するためにバー
ナチツプ本体の複数個の噴射孔の内側に超硬材の
チユーブを挿入したいわゆる2重構造の噴射孔を
有するバーナチツプに関するものである。

ている。このため、噴孔及びその周辺の耐摩耗性
を向上させるため、噴孔部分を、セラミツクスな
ど耐摩耗性に優れた超硬材のチユーブで構成する
バーナチツプが出現している。しかし、セラミツ
クスなどの超硬材は一般にバーナチツプ本体より
熱膨脹係数が小さいこと、及び硬くて脆いため、
その取付方法に困難性がある。すなわち、噴孔を
構成するチユーブとバーナチツプ本体とを完全に
接合すると熱膨脹の差による熱応力の発生によつ
て、チユーブに割れが生じ、両者の取付が不完全
になると、使用中、又は、手入れ中に上記チユー
ブがバーナチツプ本体から脱落することがあるば
かりでなく、使用中に上記チユーブが振動し却つ
て割れ発生の要因となる可能性がある。
