The present invention provides a waterproof structure for electrical equipment by covering the opening 2 of the casing 1 via an opening packing 14, integrally molding a bushing 21 on the opening packing 14, and covering the electrical parts 3 inside the casing 1. This is a waterproof structure for an electrical device in which a lead wire 22 is passed through the bushing 21 to be taken out. The second housing 9 and the opening gasket 14 are integrally assembled using a U-shaped fixing fitting 15, and a slit 20 is formed through which the expanded portion of the opening gasket 14 pressed by the fixing metal fitting 15 escapes. This made it possible to achieve the above objective.

As shown in FIG. 4, the ultrasonic sensor A includes a horn 4 having an oval opening 5 with its long axis vertical, and a first housing 8 and a second housing provided at the base of the horn 4. A housing 1 is constituted by a first housing 8 and a second housing 9, and a microphone 11 is housed in the first housing 8 via a vibration-proof rubber cap 10. A printed circuit board 12 to which an amplifier circuit component is attached as the electrical component 3 is housed within the second casing 9. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the second housing 9 is filled with a silicone filler 13, which molds the printed circuit board 12 and waterproofs the amplifier circuit components. The elasticity of the silicon filler 13 provides vibration isolation and reduces reverberation. Further, inside the first housing 8, the microphone 11 is mounted on a vibration-proof rubber cap 10.
covered and acoustically floating. Since the microphone 11 is covered by the anti-vibration rubber cap 10 in the first housing 8 in this way, the weather resistance of the anti-vibration rubber cap 10 is increased, there is no problem of deterioration, and the floating effect continues indefinitely. It is. The opening 2 at the rear end of the second housing 9 is covered with a waterproof opening gasket 14, and is held down from above by a U-shaped fixing fitting 15. A protrusion 27 is provided on the edge of the opening gasket 14, and a protruding portion 28 of the fixing fitting 15 is fitted into the protrusion 27 to prevent the opening gasket 14 from shifting. The fixing fitting 15 is used to fix the first casing 8 and the second casing 9, and the opening 17 at the end of the fixing fitting 15 is fitted into the ribs 16 formed on both sides of the first casing 8. Then, the caulking piece 18 at the end of the fixing metal fitting 15 is caulked to the inclined rib 19 of the first housing 8, whereby the first housing 8 and the second housing 9 are held together and integrated. . At this time, in order to maintain a constant amount of pressure on the opening gasket 14 by the fixing fitting 15, a horizontal rib 6 is provided protruding from the side surface of the first casing 8, so that the end surface 7 of the fixing fitting 15
It is designed so that it corresponds to The amount of deflection σ of the opening gasket 14 is determined by the length of the fixing fitting 15.
l 1 , the length to the horizontal rib 6 of the first housing 8 is l 2 , the second
When the length of the housing 9 is l 3 and the thickness of the opening gasket 14 when free is t, it is given by σ=(l 2 +l 3 +t)−l 1 . Furthermore, slits 20 are formed on both sides of the fixture 15, and the first
When the housing 8 and the second housing 9 are fixed, the waterproof rubber plate 14 is pressed, and the expanded portion escapes from the slit 20 as shown in FIG. A bushing 21 is integrally formed on the opening gasket 14, and a lead wire 2 from the printed circuit board 12 is connected to the opening gasket 14.
2 is inserted through the bushing 21 and pulled out to the outside. A square flange 23 is formed in the opening 5 on the front surface of the horn 4, and ribs 24 having an L-shaped cross section are provided on both sides of the short diameter side of the back surface of the flange 23. 25 is a mounting rubber plate, and the horn 4
The rib fitting piece 26 is engaged with the rib 24 to be attached to the flange 23. Further, the back surface of the mounting rubber plate 25 is tapered so that the lower part is thicker and the upper part is thinner.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the opening gasket and the bushing are integrated, reducing the number of parts, and since they are integrated, the waterproofness of the opening gasket and the bushing is ensured. There is an advantage that waterproof performance is improved, and the first casing and the second casing are polymerized to form a casing,
The first housing, the second housing, and the opening gasket are integrally assembled using U-shaped fixing fittings, and a slit is formed to release the expanded portion of the opening gasket pressed by the fixing metal fitting. From the first housing and the second
The housing and the opening gasket are integrally assembled using U-shaped fixing fittings, and the opening gasket is pressed against the edge of the opening by the pressing force accompanying the assembly by the fixing metal. Even if the opening gasket is compressed and expands laterally, the expanded portion can be released through the slit, and the opening gasket has the advantage of being strongly pressed against the edge of the opening to improve waterproofness. .

In short, the present invention assembles the first casing, the second casing, and the opening gasket using U-shaped fixing metal fittings, presses the opening gasket against the opening of the casing during such assembly, and The bulge is released through the slit formed in the fixing metal fittings, and when the three parts are fixed by the fixing metal fittings, the opening gasket is prevented from being obstructed by the swelling, and the opening gasket is strongly pressed against the edge of the opening of the casing. Inventiveness is found in the point of making it possible.
