た。(Prior art) Conventionally, the method for manufacturing a hollow eye bar type artificial organ involves inserting a bundle of hollow eye bars into a housing, loosening each bundle by hand or machine, and then temporarily fixing one end of the hollow eye bar. After temporarily fixing the hollow fiber bundle with a resin solution, the other end of the hollow fiber bundle is fixed to the end of the housing with a potting agent such as polyurethane, and then the temporary fixing part of the hollow fiber bundle is fixed with a cutter or the like. It is cut and fixed to the end of the housing. However, in this conventional method, when the end portion of a bundle of hollow fibers is temporarily fixed with a resin liquid, the resin liquid has a high viscosity, so the hollow fibers tend to be uneven and cannot be dispersed uniformly. In order to eliminate this drawback, a method is used in which a ball or the like is inserted into the center of the end of the bundle of hollow fibers to evenly disperse the hollow fibers. The disadvantage was that the fibers tend to become sparse.

ローフアイバー型人工臓器の製造方法である。(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention provides a hollow eye bar type artificial organ by inserting a hollow eye bar bundle consisting of a plurality of hollow eye bars into a housing, and fixing both ends of the bundle within the housing with potting material. In manufacturing, after inserting the hollow fiber bundle into the housing, a side wall portion of a cup-shaped member consisting of two parts that can be easily attached and detached is attached to the end of the housing. After dispersing the hollow fiber bundle, attach the bottom part and temporarily fix the end part of the hollow fiber bundle in the housing to the bottom part by applying a small amount of temporary adhesive to the bottom part of the cup member. , a method for producing a hollow eye-shaped artificial organ, characterized in that after sealing, a necessary amount of potting material is injected into the housing to fix the hollow eye.

る。 That is, in the present invention, when temporarily fixing the ends of a hollow fiber bundle with a temporary fixing agent, a cup-shaped member is used, which is made up of two parts consisting of a bottom part and a side wall part, which can be easily attached and detached. Therefore, when distributing a plurality of fibers uniformly within the housing, only the side wall cup is attached and the end face is left open. Incidentally, the cup-shaped member includes a shallow-bottomed member such as a shear cup. In addition, when temporarily fixing or sealing the hollow eye bar end face, you may inject a temporary adhesive after installing the bottom cup, or you may place a small amount of temporary adhesive in the bottom cup beforehand. good. Here, "stop your eyes"
This means that the ends are closed to prevent the potting agent from entering the inside of the hollow eye when it is centrifuged. After temporarily fixing and sealing the end of the hollow eye bar, the required amount of potting material is injected, for example, by centrifugation from the port of the housing, and then the cup-shaped member consisting of two parts is removed and the hollow eye bar is closed. The artificial organ is assembled by cutting off the end of the organ.

However, the dispersion is achieved by blowing air onto the end face of the fiber. As a means of blowing air, it is best to blow from the tip of a nozzle with a diameter of about 1 to 10 mm, the air flow rate is 60 to 400/min, and the wind pressure is 0.5

Now, insert the hollow fiber bundle into the housing, and then attach the cup-shaped members 4 and 5, which are made up of side walls and a bottom surface, to the end surface of the housing (see FIG. 1). in this case,
A temporary fixing agent 7 is placed in advance in the cup-shaped member 5 constituting the bottom part, and the ends of the hollow fibers are temporarily fixed and sealed. Thereafter, air is blown onto the other end from a nozzle from above to uniformly disperse the ends of each hollow fiber in the bundle of hollow fibers (see FIG. 2). Then, a potting material such as polyurethane is injected through the port to fix the space between the inner wall of the housing and the dispersed hollow fibers and between each hollow fiber (see FIG. 3). Next, remove the cup-shaped member from the temporarily fastened part of the hollow fiber bundle, cut the temporarily fastened part, and then, as in the previous case, blow air from the nozzle to the end to distribute it evenly, and then fix it with potting material. do.

A fiber bundle consisting of 62,000 200μ x 240μ fibers is inserted into the housing and the end of the fiber bundle has an air volume of 200.
When air was blown for 8 minutes at a rate of 1/2 min, an oxygenator in which the fibers were uniformly dispersed was obtained.

When dispersing the fibers uniformly, the cup on the side wall is set, so the ends of the fibers are open, allowing for sufficient dispersion. When fixing, a temporary fixing agent is put into the bottom cup, so temporary fixing can be done while maintaining a good dispersion state, which prevents densification.Furthermore, when potting material is injected by centrifugation in this state, Also, there is no density of fibers, and potting can be performed with the fibers evenly distributed.
No leaks occur.
