本発明は自動車エンジン等に取付け、そのノツ
キング状態を検出するノツキングセンサに関する
もので、その信頼性および量産性の向上をはかる

動によつてリード線7が振動すると、このリード
線7の両端のハンダ付け部で切断し易い問題があ

定される。なおセラミツク基板6は金属基台3と
金属板8との間を絶縁するもので、しかも金属板
8にリード端子18を結合するために表面に導電

向とを同一方向としているため、圧電振動子と金
属板との一体物の基台への組み込み、及びはめ込
み部のピンへの挿入、及び一体物の位置決めが同
時に行え、ノツキングセンサの生産性が向上する
