It is made by sewing multiple sheets of natural or artificial leather. From an aesthetic point of view, it is necessary to sew beading material together at the seam of two leather sheets to form a bevel, and to give the leather sheet near the seam a plump curved surface. In order to create this curved surface, the inside of the case, that is, the back side of the leather, was pressed with a trowel or the like.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper edge portion 1A has a bent portion 1a bent toward the back side with respect to the center portion 1C of the lens sheet 1, and this bent portion 1a.
It has an upright portion 1b that extends from the center portion 1C so as to be substantially parallel to the center portion 1C. The lining material 5 covers the tip of the raised portion 1b and reaches the surface of the lens sheet 1. The high frequency electrode 6 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the upper edge portion 1A.

The backing material 7 of the upper sheet 2 is designed so as not to line the folded portion 2b of the edge portion 2A. The upper sheet 2 is placed on the lens sheet 1 so that the folded portion 2b is in contact with the bent portion 1a. The high-frequency electrode 8 having a sharp tip applies high-frequency voltage and current while sandwiching and pressing the bent portion 1a and the folded portion 2b together with the electrode 6. As a result, the folded parts 2b are welded together and the folded parts 2b are welded together.
b and the bent portion 1a are welded together. At this time, as described above, since the backing material 7 is not present in the folded portion 2b, the above-mentioned welding can be achieved extremely firmly.

The whole can be welded at the same time. This simultaneous welding can be achieved after the bead is formed on the edge 2A of the top sheet 2. Specifically, the electrode needs to be pressed almost perpendicularly to the welding location of the sheet. When a bead is formed on the edge portion 2A, as shown in FIG. 3, the pressing direction of the electrode 8 is the same direction as shown by arrow A along the entire length of the folded portion 2b. Therefore, the entirety of the upper edge 1A and the edge 2A can be simultaneously welded by the electrode 8 having a shape corresponding to the U-shape of the upper edge 1A. However, if a bead is formed on the upper edge 1A, the upper edge 1A
Since the perpendicular directions are different as shown by arrows B, C, and D, it is difficult or impossible to press simultaneously with a single electrode.

The part following C comes into contact with the rising part 1b, and the part following the rising part 1
Since it is supported by b, the end edge portion 2A has a swollen shape. When this case crown is viewed from inside, the raised part 1b covers the folded part 2b, the lining material 5 of the lens sheet 1 covers the raised part 1b including its tip surface, and the upper sheet 2 Since the lining material 7 covers the upper sheet 2 at least up to the contact area between the tip of the upright portion 1b and the edge portion 2A, the artificial leather itself is not exposed inside the camera case crown. Aesthetically pleasing.

Furthermore, in this specification, eliminating the need for sewing does not mean that the case according to the present invention does not require any sewing at all, but does not mean that sewing is not required for joining the sheets in areas where welding is required. means.

Since it is welded by flowing, the second
The two overlapping artificial leather sheets and the first artificial leather sheet can be successfully welded together. In addition, since the first artificial leather sheet is provided with a folded part and the folded part of the second artificial leather sheet is placed on this folded part, the second comparative sheets overlap each other during welding. The two sheets and the first leather sheet can be welded by sandwiching them between the electrodes 8 and 6, and the welding process is simple because the process of welding the three sheets is done only once. Furthermore, in the present invention, a continuous rising part is provided at the tip of the folded part, and the part of the second artificial leather sheet from the folded part to the center is brought into contact with this part, so that the natural part of the center part The bulge can be formed with a simple configuration.
